Halos.

91-97 wins.

Pitching will be superb once again this year, if everyone remains healthy, and Santana and Escobar come back from their injuries.

Phillies - 95 wins

Hamels hits 18 W this season, 200 K's, and Lidge saves 38 out of 42 attempts this season. Look for Chan Ho Park, JA Happ, and Kyle Kendrick to rotate in that 5 spot. Luckily our middle relief is still the best in the NL East and I just don't think the Mets crush the Phillies in any category.

Howard will crush 45 HR, 130 RBI, and get back up to around .275 and won't K more than 190 times this season. I think with his improved work ethic and new contract, I think he starts going back toward the MVP season.

We'll make it to at least the NLCS.

Yankees will NOT win the WS...I don't even think they win the East. And I would rather have Beckett, Dice-K, Lester as a 1-3 punch than CC, AJ, and Wang. CC, yes, will dominate but AJ will keep a 4.00+ ERA and outside of the line-up, Wang shouldn't get 15 wins but somehow he does.

Houston Astros

not much to say here, at least we still have Oswalt :103631605

other than that, our starting pitchinig stinks....our catcher couldn't hit .150 last season, although he is still young and hopefully improving (where's Pudge??)....I thought Bourn had an upside, but he didn't show me anything last year, just made me miss Willy Taveras....Tejada, Berkman and Lee will need to carry a large load (again), but Matsui was a nice surprise last season and Pence is still getting better

let's talk about the strong offseason moves we made....Mike Hampton, Aaron Boone and Jason Michaels....how do you think we did?? ^<<^

I'm hoping for 4th in the NL central, but I'm guessing 5th....last season this team was terribly unpredictable IMO and I see it being a similar season with slightly worse results

ask and ye shall receive!

Pudge signs 1-year deal with Astros. I know he's old, but he's better than what we had.

Agree with Gravy about the Tribe. They're in the weak AL Central and should be in the race, like 1 or 2 other teams, til the end.

One prediction: Before the year is out, OF Michael Brantley, the "other" outfielder the tribe obtained in the CC trade with Milwaukee, will be called up to Cleveland, and might not be sent back down. I saw the kid in spring training. Extremely mature 21 year old who appears to be a half step slower than Kenny Lofton in his prime, but other than that could be a prototype leadoff hitter, moving Grady Sizemore down to third in the order (finally!). After seeing both him and Matt Laporta in spring games, Loporta being the more ballyhooed prospect obtained from Milwaukee, I came away far more impressed with Brantley.

I think my Dodgers will win the west. Offense will be one of the best around. Weakest hitters are Blake and Hudson. So no black holes in the lineup like some teams have. Bullpen despite losing Saito will be strong.
I think they need another starter to be a WS team. Should be someone available by the deadline. The only team I feel is a threat is the Snakes. Giants? Lol, fat chance. Hopefully Bochy won't run your young ace's arms into the ground.

Tigers --- they will perform better this year than last year, that I'm quite sure of. In the AL Central, anyone can win the division, and I expect them to be right in the mix.
