Let's say you have a 2 pound package of hamburger meat....what you are making only requires 1 pound to be used. So you seal the 2ns pound and place it in the refrigerator. 2 or 3 days later you go to use that hamburger meat. It is sealed tight but none the less, it is brown rather than the redish color it originally had. Is this OK to eat?
