And then tell me why the 5 republicans on the US Supreme Court said ObamaCare is A-OK!

Hey idiot, there were no "5 Republicans" who said any such thing.

You can stop with this dumbass assertion any time now.

[h=2]A devastating new McKinsey & Co. report finds that Obamacare's purported purpose – providing coverage for the previously uninsured – has failed.[/h]The report concludes that 74% of Obamacare enrollees at the end of the first open enrollment period already had insurance; just 26% reported being previously uninsured. Of those who were previously uninsured, the figure drops to only 22% when considered alongside whether the individual has activated his plan by paying his first month's premium.
According to the Associated Press, at least 4.7 million Americans had their health insurance plans canceled due to Obamacare. Many of those individuals simply went through the Obamacare exchanges to buy policies to replace the ones President Barack Obama's healthcare program outlawed.
The McKinsey & Co. study also revealed that nearly half (48%) of individuals who said they do not plan to enroll in 2015 were "unaware of the penalty for lack of coverage." The so-called "individual mandate" imposes graduated penalties on individuals who choose not to purchase care. Even after respondents were informed of the penalty, only 29% of those currently uninsured said they plan to enroll in 2015.
Obamacare remains deeply unpopular nationally. According to the latest Pew/USA Today poll, Obamacare's approval rating now stands at a record-low 41%.

Virginians will see upped health insurance premiums in 2015 ranging from 3.3 percent to 14.7 percent, according to the filings from the first state to release any information about what Obamacare could bring next year.

The premium proposals were submitted to the state insurance office for official approval and were made public Monday. Each health plan expects to increase its prices in 2015 past nominal increases for inflation, the Wall Street Journal reports.

Anthem HealthKeepers, run by WellPoint, expects to up its premiums on and off Virginia’s Obamacare exchange by an average of 8.5 percent. While some customers could see a hike of just 0.5 percent, others will see increases up to 16.6 percent.

The fees are due to a multitude of Obamacare worries, including sicker new customers, an influx of demand for health care services from the newly insured and a plethora of new Obamacare taxes.

The NYT brings herself around to noticing that with ObamaCare choices are limited:

In the midst of all the turmoil in health care these days, one thing is becoming clear: No matter what kind of health plan consumers choose, they will find fewer doctors and hospitals in their network — or pay much more for the privilege of going to any provider they want.

Hey, remember when Obama and the Democrats campaigned on that???

Surprise, surprise.

It appears that there some unscrupulous citizens who have misrepresented their income when they applied for Obamacare.

The government may be paying incorrect subsidies to more than 1 million Americans for their health plans in the new federal insurance marketplace and has been unable so far to fix the errors, according to internal documents and three people familiar with the situation.

The problem means that potentially hundreds of thousands of people are receiving bigger subsidies than they deserve. They are part of a large group of Americans who listed incomes on their insurance applications that differ significantly — either too low or too high — from those on file with the Internal Revenue Service, documents show.

The government has identified these discrepancies but is stuck at the moment. Under federal rules, consumers are notified if there is a problem with their application and asked to upload or mail in pay stubs or other proof of their income. Only a fraction have done so, according to the documents. And, even when they have, the federal computer system at the heart of the insurance marketplace cannot match this proof with the application because that capability has yet to be built, according to the three individuals.

[h=1]Frustrated By The Affordable Care Act, One Family Opts Out[/h]Rachel recalls two days in January when she sat down and called every doctor on the list of 28. According to her, most of the practices told her, in one way or another, that they didn't take the plan.

"Some would just come right out and say, 'We don't take Obamacare,' " she says.

"Or the best one was, 'The doctor takes it here at the actual practice, but whatever hospital you use ... does not take that insurance.' "

Hospitals Look to Health Law, Cutting Charity

Yep, hospitals charging uninsured fees and of course the uninsured can't afford ObamaCare

http://www.nytimes.com/2014/05/26/us/hospitals-look-to-health-law-cutting-charity.html?src=twr&_r=1

"Hospital systems around the country have started scaling back financial assistance for lower- and middle-income people without health insurance, hoping to push them into signing up for coverage through the new online marketplaces created under the Affordable Care Act."

"The trend is troubling to advocates for the uninsured, who say raising fees will inevitably cause some to skip care rather than buy insurance that they consider unaffordable. Though the number of hospitals tightening access to free or discounted care appears limited so far, many say they are considering doing so, and experts predict that stricter policies will become increasingly common."

"Driving the new policies is the cost of charity care, which is partly covered by government but remains a burden for many hospitals. The new law also reduces federal aid to hospitals that treat large numbers of poor and uninsured people, creating an additional pressure on some to restrict charity care."

One thing that is not even being considered is having the VA Hospitals run by private firms. Google Hinchingbrooke Hospital in England and see how privatizing changed that hospital completely around. Vouchers should have been a viable option and that option should have been spearheaded by the VA itself. These problems go way back and only get worse year to year. There is no doubt that the VA is the prototype for where Obamacare would be headed and in short order. The government has no business getting involved in healthcare either running hospitals or getting involved in insurance. No set of blinders can hide the problems at the VA and the problems at the VA are all about big government.
