I sure hope in the future the College Football playoff or whoever is in charge of it eliminates these long gaps in between games. Tonight’s game could have been played this past Saturday at 1pm before the NFL playoffs.
Right or wrong, the delay was in part to avoid the enormous shadow of the NFL. Theres more to it, then not being broadcast against the nfl. Theres sports talk, internet, newspaper buzz, to ratchet up the perceived importance of the game, on its own day.

lol. whoever is in charge? Indeed. Only multibillion dollar industry run by volunteers

Marc Jr or his wife Colleen would put him on the email list
on Fridays they send it out at 10 p.m. eastern (the target ...sometimes a little later)
