You guys are just asking for the RX to be sued by Sports Reporter.
When they asked to not post it, it doesn't mean snippets or picks. There have been sites like this that have been sued and lost. No site has ever won.
What will end up happening is this whole newsletter section will be shut down to avoid any other issues. Heed what buzzkill said, don't post anything from Sports Reporter.

I'm not refuting anything you wrote hotpizza, what's funny to me is why would sports reporter even care. All this newsletter does is lose, if they do win, they are barely above .500 at the end of the football season which equates to losing $$. They should be glad someone is still buying their rag of a sheet. So, I don't come off as a hypocrite. I like reading their newsletter, some write-ups have good info, and I've asked for it on occasion but at times, it's mainly to see if I can go against one or two of their selections.

You are missing the boat. Illegal use of intellectual property. If they are, in fact losing money, it makes the suit potentially that much more lucrative.
If we've been warned, its worse. Bottom line, anyone can sue anybody for anything. Rule # 1, play defense, don't create a potential liability. I'm an MD my brother is a lawyer, you'd be stunned at the number of frivolous (seemingly) suits result in cash. I used to testify alot. Pretty ugly stuff.
Please go with the flow. I kind of like the RX and I'd hate to see it closed.
