Sacramento was a winner. 65-49-3

March 15: Phil -10 = Loss
March 16: Boston -7 = Win
March 17: Atlanta +11 = Win, Houston -7 (got it early)

Will start posting plays again in advance. Anyone who thinks these plays are fake, send me a PM and I will respond with my history for the week right off the website. These are legitimate plays.

67-51-3 - NBA

Back for more with Houston -7 tonight. They won by 6 last night with a line of -7.

Just for fun, I took some college this season and ended incredibly 13-0 (all SEC other than one play on Clemson at home against FSU). NCAA Tourney, I am 5-5-1 (can't pick them) with one loss by half a point (Davidson +4.5 vs Kentucky). Today we have Clemson +2 and Xavier -5...just for fun, not for a tally.

Action tonight on Knicks +10 and Toronto -1.5 (helped by Cleveland's 8-25 ATS mark in home games, plus Toronto a much better team. HUGE line move too which does not work in my favor usually).

68-53-3 We suck.

March 23:
Indiana -4, Washington -2.5, Miami +6. Result: 1-1-1

We had Miami won, but for some reason, the Heat put in the old man, Dwyane Wade, who is totally washed up. He promptly turns the ball over and misses a 3 when a cover was in the bag. Instead, thanks to Mr. Washed Up (PLEASE RETIRE, DWYANE), we end with a fortunate push.

Washington play was stupid based on their complete inability to cover at home. But Denver is so bad on the road, we had to try. No more.

69-54-4
Average. Hopefully we can grab some wins over the next two weeks as the season is almost over for us. We typically do not play post-season and walk away the last week to ten days of the regular season when games turn into a meaningless carnival.

Nets +7 today (-120) hoping for win #70 for us.

Hopefully serious players are monitoring how well Brooklyn, Dallas and Sacramento are doping ATS. The Nets are amazing when underdogs of 3-9.5 points.

Thanks, Michelangelo. Did not catch that. However, tend to go with the stats regardless of home or away. Missed out on easy cover by Nets a few days ago. Got to be consistent. One thing about tonight, we grabbed Portland +3.5 (our book sucks, it was +4 everywhere else). After escaping with a push earlier, we grab win #70. Portland off two straight losses with edges all over the court versus OKC made it too hard to resist.

70-54-5

Will try harder to post plays in time for game start. Not that anyone gives a damn this late in the NBA season. We also were 2-0-1 in colleges Saturday and Sunday. Not 8-8-1 in NCAAT.

March 28:
Phil -13 (-120)
Atlanta +12.5 (+12 some places, but almost all 12.5)
Portland -6 or -5.5 if you have a good Book.
Boston +8.5 (if you were lucky, you didn't play it early like I did. It is now +9.5 and +10 some places).

We may get our ass handed to us tonight, but hope not. This is the time of year to look for good underdogs, not heavy favorites like Philly and Minnesota. Oh well.

We are going to be fair and call Atlanta a PUSH on the 28th as the closing line slipped to 11.5. Could have had +12.5 a number of places, but we only use one book for our plays, and it was +12 60 seconds before tip-off (only an idiot would spread their wagers all around with offshore books IMO). So now 72-55-6 overall. Still amazed Portland would lose straight up to Memphis. They look like a threat in the West although Houston will win it (and the title as well unless they choke versus the Celtics in the Finals).

Today:
Nets +8
Celtics +5 (-120)

Dallas +10.5

We kicked around whether or not to take Atlanta, Brooklyn and Minnesota as home teams in basically Pick-'em situations but decided to pass (although I suspect two of these three will cover if not win straight up).

Never enjoyable to lose by a damn half-point. Added Sacramento late while nearly playing all three underdogs left on the card. One winner, one push already while we hope for Kings to hopefully cover the 7.5

Houston -8, Dallas +8, Boston +5 (-120). You may be able to get Dallas +8.5 in some spots. I snoozed and my line dropped to +8. Houston moved to -8.5 in some spots.

We really thought hard about Brooklyn +8.5 and Atlanta +13, but we never bet against a streak (76ers, whose last failed to cover versus...Brooklyn), and Miami is trying to make the playoffs and coming off an ugly loss at home to....Brooklyn. Too risky on both. Might jump on a late game if we see something, and if so, we'll post it here.

3-0 night makes us 78-56-6. Trying to hit the 60% mark for the season. Getting close and really happy we are 20+ games over .500

Tonight, April 5th, we are taking:
Cleveland -5 (-120)
Brooklyn Nets +9.5

Tempted to take Portland even without Lillard in the lineup, but Houston is dangerous.

Thank you Lebron for missing 2 of 4 foul shots inside of the last minute last night when the game was on the line. Cost us a win or a push.

79-57-6

Taking Pacers +7.5 tonight. Buy the half if you are brave.

These last few days is the worst time of the NBA season to wager. You never know who will be substituting bench players, resting starters for the playoffs, who is injured, who doesn't give a damn, who is preparing for next season by improving play THIS season (like the Nets). I hope we can get win #80, but very risky games coming up. We also do not like wagering during the post-season, but if we do, it will usually be underdogs during Round One.

Well, that was dumb after Pacers had to run with the Warriors last night. We jumped on New Orleans in the late game to try and split for the evening.

Pelicans -11 (-120)

We will probably take the Pacers in two days against Charlotte as they will bounce back after a horrid shooting night. We'll see what the line looks like first of course, but they will cover one of those final two games versus Charlotte.

Likely a final regular season play is Boston +7.5; you may get +8 if you wait, but keep an eye on it.

Looking at Dallas -4.5 as well. Will post if we add this as a second play.

Final regular season record: 80-59-6

Not up to our standards, but at least we won money.

NBA Playoffs are a crap shoot. We don't often pick these games. If we spot a rare play, I will jump on here and post it.

Good luck.
