G Money,

Thank you and it was a lot of fun watching near full fields race for more than 'cheapies'. Won some, lost some but most of all had a good time.

Partial Results From Today's Horses

Partial Results From Today's Horses

DMR: 1 race, horse scratched, does not count/no action

GLD 1st:
#3 won & #1 was 6th - that'a not the story, keep reading.
As my post above said I was playing a $20 weighted dutch (win on both).
To accomplish this wager, I use have to use my dutch weighted chart.
This chart is something I use when I want to play mulitple horses and
as long as one of the choices wins, without going over the safety line,
you'll make money. Anyone wanting a copy of this chart, send me an
e-mail (listed in profile or ask one of the mods to forward your
information) and it'll be sent. The chart tells you much to wager as
this is an odds based wager - I usually make my wagers on/after 3 mtp.
When I was done (wagering) the 1 had $660 on it's nose and the 3 $180.
Yea, I know that's a lot of cash [$840 on the line]- and that's why I
don't play every race on out of state tracks. The one did not win, it
cost me $180 but the 3 did and paid $5.40 per $2 ticket. I had this
330 times and had a return of $1,782. Take away the cost of the wagers
and I made $942 from this wager.

Watch, Review & Remember

Those who know me realize I don't go making comments about certain races over the course of the year being more important than others unless their is some validity to it. This is the case with this coming Sunday's Bing Crosby from Del Mar. This race, has been a good determing factor for "the race" later in the year. It is my opinion that if you get a chance to see this race, you do so & if able record it - since memories might fade over time. Eventhou the field is small, this should be a good venture [to watch and learn for latter in the year].

Bing Race

charleslanger,

I'm not going to wager the race but will be focussing on Carthage and Battle Won during the race and then the other's during the replays. Need to leave shortly, best of luck with your wagers today.
