Her share of our home equity and savings. Lawyer only cost $750. We basically figured out everything on our own and just hired one lawyer to write up the agreement.

That's good about the lawyer only costing $750. I've had people tell me they paid 30-40k in lawyer fees, which I feel is criminal. I think that usually happens when couples are really pissed at each other. That's excellent you were able to work things out on your own, too. That goes a long way for anything that comes up in the future, concerning your kids and such and who knows, you may need each other's help or friendship someday.
