Why does it take so long to figure something out like this? You had this info all this time. You could have busted him a long time ago.

they're not screening every person who posts here...they just look for that in contest threads to make sure someone isnt cheating.

I agree with that 99% of the time, but when you have someone like Noreaga whos been banned more times than you can count, should not that at least get an investagation?
