I love porto but this game will mean a lot forchelsea this season. If chelsea lose they don't advance to KO stages. And the same is for Porto. Porto need to win. Chelsea just needs a draw.

The value I see here in Chelsea is due to Porto needing to win and Chelsea just needing a draw to advance. Usually in that particular situation we get the away team pushing more which could leave counter attacks open on the other end. I think the draw and Porto ML will get heavy play today so I am siding with chelsea to take care of business with 3 pts vs the team Mourinho first started with as head coach

I don't like to lay the juice obviously but there are too many storylines in this game. Mourinho will play it tight. He knows they CAN'T lose. They can draw and still advance. But a loss will due them in. So even if Chelsea gets scored on early, Mourinho will not go full attack because he understands a draw will get him in. Plus I know this might be Iker Casillas(Porto goalie) biggest day of his professional career because his pride is on the line. Mourinho basically kicked him out of Real Madrid in a way. So I think there is too many personal vendettas, plus what is at stake...a chance to move to the round of 16. I got to play this under.

They got that counter attack goal early in the second. I had faith in Mourinho holding 2-0 lead for 40 minutes though. Willian is the man.

Jose Mourinho fired.

not happy about that personally. The dude won the EPL in his second year and got to the final 8 in the CL in back to back years. Final 4 in his first year.


I would like to know the last time a team won back to back in the EPL and if it happened how often does it happen? Because Chelsea won the league by how many pts last year? 20+? The team clearly did not have the desire this year....they thought they would walk over opponents and they found out quickly that wasn't the same formula of success they used last year. So I don't put this on Mourinho at all. I think after the loss on Monday, the fued between EPL player of the year Eden Hazard and Mourinho didn't look so friendly. Mourinho wasn't happy that Hazard had to exit the match with an injury that did not look serious.

They are still in the Champions league and got drawed with PSG. LOL. Which I thought was death to begin with. PSG might fuck them up and win the entire CL this year IMO. Only way Chelsea can stay in the Champions League for next year is if they win the entire competition LOL! Since they most likely will not finish in the top 4 in the English league, they will miss out next year regardless of who is coaching. CL is the most prestigious club soccer event in the world.

I got PSG winning it all, as crazy as that sounds.

Mourinho, "I felt betrayed by my players." Damn. PSG/Chelsea might be close just like all of their matchups have been actually. If Mourinho stayed, PSG might of slaughtered them. I think it could be close but Chelsea wont win. Too much to overcome.

Thanks bro. GL with you as well. You're right though it is easier to can a manager than it is to move a bunch of players. I hope wherever Mourinho goes he buys willian first transfer move. That was the one player that was going to war for Mourinho. Hazard, Fabregas, Costa, prolly all bitching.


Barca wont repeat. I know they look the strongest, but they wont repeat. Bayern has had little to no competition in the Bundesliga and has been to the finals a few times recently so league competition doesn't mean much to me if we are talking about the CL. Bayern is stacked but I don't see them winning it. Juve is solid this year as well but I don't know how you can consider them above PSG with no Vidal this year. But keep in mind this might be Ibra's last year with PSG... also keep in mind what they are playing for... not only to win that first CL, but after the paris attacks..what a better time to get some added motivation that they haven't felt before. I really like PSG this year.

The CL draws are all rigged. So if they want PSG to get there, all they need to do is beat teams who the league offices expect them to beat. For instance, Chelsea to start LOL
