Thanks Hognuts. Glad someone else picked up on that blunder. As far as 5 inning bets, I feel the same way as to those as I do runlines. People have a tendency to be unable to differenciate between price and value. They look to lower the price of a game thinking they are getting better value, but with options that books put out, that is rarely the case. You end up paying for additional options with hidden vig. I also have a problem with these bets, as they are much harder to accuraretly quantify compared to a regular full game. As far as a half run goes, it depends on some external variables such as H/A, size of favorite, total, but the half run on average has a 45 BP price. As far as how much value a half run has, I can not answer that question with confidence, as it is just too hard to quantify.
