The fact people are comparing Lebron to Michael shows how clueless many of you are.

The two are different players who have had different paths to the league. Does Lebron have the potential to be an all time great? Yes, he does but the keyword is "potential".

The fact that some would say he is already one of the greatest shows your true lack of knowledge for the game. Think about what Lebron has accomplished so far & put it up against people like

Jordan
Bryant
O'Neal
Dr. J
Bird
Magic
Kareem
Hakeem
Barkley
etc.....

The fact is you can't compare as those guys have established a full body of work & Lebron is not in the same league as any of them at this point. This is no disgrace towards him as he is still in his early 20's & hopefully has a ton of basketball left!

Can he be included in that list before it is all said & done, odds say he will. However until he has actually accomplished something whether it be titles won, or the day in & day out consistency, he is not one of the all time greats.

Labron James is a very good player and soon to be consider Great but the Eastern Conference is awful. Making it to the finals is no comparison to coming out of the East during the early years when MJ was there against Bird(Boston), Isaiah(Detroit), Dominique(Atlanta), Ewing(NY Knicks), Barkley/Irving(Philadelphia) and the rest...They all had great teams but if Labron can put some Championships together, he will rank with some of the greatest because the talent is there.
