you are right, Pickapeppa, Vegas give home team 3 pts which mean if NE/Miami play at neutral field , NE should be favor by 2 points, and if this game at NE now, the line should be NE by -5 pts plus at least 1 more point of cold weather factor

I'm sick of seeing people talk about fishy lines. Here's a crazy idea: maybe your opinion of the two teams in question is way off. Maybe that line you think is so fishy, is in fact very accurate, and the line you would give the game is terribly off.

What are these huge advantages the Pats have over Miami? Miami has no advantages over New England? The opening spread suggested even teams. It seems people want teams to become what we thought they would be before the season despite what has ACTUALLY happened. Miami is quite obviously a better than .500 team this year. And it appears NE is the same. Miami crushed NE earlier in the year, in NE, and people still think NE is a lot better than Miami? I realize that game does not mean Miami is way better, but a lot of people are throwing that game out in their evaluations. Which is idiotic.

I don't think very many people think NE is a lot better. It should be a pretty close game...
Miami suprised NE with the wildcat in week 3 and it is not going to happen again.

Matt Cassell has been getting better; Miami has a shitty secondary.

Miami beating NE 2 times in a single season? With Bill Belichick as coach, I don't think so.

Bill Belichick has had extra time to prepare a game plan having played on thursday

I'm not saying NE is going to crush Miami. predicting a close game, actually.

All valid pts here.

One pt missed is the fact that MIA really hates NE, and their gms with NE are their GOY's every yr. The fact that MIA was saving the "Wildcat" for NE shows how much they want to beat them. They'll probably have other weird plays ready for NE this time around. And most of all, every MIA player will be psyched and wanting to pound NE into the ground.

With that said, it should be a close gm, mostly due to Cassel's running more than his passing. MIA really struggles vs the run, and Belicheat will be more than happy to run a lot during this gm. I'm pretty sure this gm will be decided on a late FG.

Play the UNDER !!!!

WORMY PIX : " With that said, it should be a close gm, mostly due to Cassel's running more than his passing. MIA really struggles vs the run, and Belicheat will be more than happy to run a lot during this gm. I'm pretty sure this gm will be decided on a late FG."

Thus , .. keeping Miami's OFFENSE off the field to MINIMIZE any trick plays on their behalf is certainy a wise game plan. ... Thus, ... MIAMI at the half and DEFINTELY UNDER for the game !!!

Miami players have already stated that they have only unleashed half of the plays from their Wildcat formation. Pats had no idea what was going on with that formation. They're defense should have their hands full tomorrow. Pats should score vs a defense who, in my opinion, has been playing over their heads. FYI I am a diehard fins fan. I hope and pray the Fins pull it out - and they have the talent, coaching, discipline, and home field to do so. But wthout point to play with for either side, I feel the best play is Fins over 21 if you can get it.

If you really turned $500 into 5K you dont need nobody`s opinion to anty up..Yes it is a great question on whether the Fins of old who always lose the important ones shows up..I think this team is for real as you see a wickedness in their OL I have not seen since the 70`s or D Stephenson before he got hurt..Fins have some great position coaches too to go along with J Porter, some playmaker DBs they havent had lately (Y Bell out last year), the Ohio St kid at WR emergence, some very good talent at RB and Parcells orchestrating it all from above..Fins Head man on the side lines is not a fuckin albatross like the past few too!.If not for losing to Houston on last play of game and surrendering a 4th and a mile on that drive (great catch by Texans top wide out) they would be 7-3..

The line is a set up and Fins win big...Pats banged up too and Fish will fry them. The Miami Dolphins are back IMO

Guju........nice job, congrats.

Guys I think sometimes theres way too much time and energy wasted in talks about fishy line conspiracies. This is team everyone knows is good vs team thats stunk for a long time, definately now on the rise.

Given that joe blow is more apt to take NE, the line is probably a bit light. But I wouldn't change, because I don't think it matters. Thats pretty much the statement in any line 2.5 or less. I'd rather have them than give them, but not a deal breaker.

Kind of comes down to just how good do you think the upstart is? I don't think they are ready to beat NE, in a non-ambush game. They won the first game larely because of a wrinkle. Its a much much different proposition doing it a second time.

This game is nuts, in that you've got big time folks on both sides. This game and NYG v Arz will be great to watch.

Enjoy.....and bol on your plays.

Well all I know is at the start of the season no one in the world would have thought Miami would go into this game as a favorite..
