Wanted to give everyone the update. Wilheim was kind enough to assist me with this and a big thanks to him for that. I just got off the phone with Heritage. Wasn't able to get Mike because he was in a meeting but spoke with a supervisor by the name of Gabe. He told me that the funds were taken out of my account on August 6th and the credit card I used to make the deposit was credited on August 7th. That was 11 days ago today. My next call was my credit card company and they have no record of a reverse charge/credit.

I was told by Heritage to call back tomorrow and ask for Shayla who is the person i've been communicating with via email and she stopped returning my emails on Tuesday.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hopefully I will get my money back from these guys. I am going to email Mike in a little while and maybe he can get this expedited.

I will keep everyone posted but as of now i'm not having a good experience with these guys.

Update regarding their "get your 6th deposit free" promo, where you deposit 5x and they give you your 6th deposit free.

I was just told by their CS that doesn't start until September, even though they were advertising it to us waaaay before September. o_O Oh, and the 30% bonus? It's definitely a freeplay, not a cash bonus.

Pretty disappointed at the bait and switch...

I've asked Wilheim about this. Will update if Heritage changes their tune, but that's Heritage's stance at the moment.

I'm late to this Topic, so thanks for answering what may be a stale question

I had accounts with both Greek & BJam that had been active within past 12 months, but were both zero balance when they ceased dealing with U.S. players

Will my previous account numbers in tandem with my name be sufficient for Heritage to accept me as new client?

Yes! Just log in and follow the instructions from either the Betjamaica site or The Greek site and you will be given a new account from Heritage and $10 placed in the new account.

Not a regular poster but I will share my experience. I just signed up to Heritage yesterday after having a BetJam account that hasn't been active for around 22 months and was able to do so with no problem. I emailed Heritage inquiring if there were any "initial" deposit bonuses and they stated the 30% fp with a min $300 deposit. They also gave me a $25 Bonus Play for just emailing (I had a $0 balance transferred to Heritage and therefore obv was not able to take advantage of the 10% fp during the transfer). I was looking to sign up with another book with a much better bonus but I think I will instead deposit on Heritage as many RXer's seem to be very pleased with their experience there. Am I right here? It seems I will surpass the better fp bonus with the Heritage promos, customer service, and security. Thanks for any input.

Wilheim - It seems that yesterday things seem to have taken a turn for the worse with Heritage. Before I post what has happened, I would prefer to speak with you in hopes of a resolution.

I tried emailing you yesterday with the update. When you have a chance can you please message me or email me back. I am unable to send Private Messages for some reason.

Thanks,

Matt

For anyone else who made a deposit, did you get the 30% as a freeplay bonus or as a cash bonus? They're trying to tell me it's freeplay, but I don't see that anywhere on the site. Their banner even says 30% reload bonus? :/

Heritage clearly states on their web site that all Bonuses are in the form of a Bonus Play.
Go to House Rules
Click on Bonus Rules
It's the first rule listed (although it's #63)

As far as the promo for the 6th deposit free. info on the same page and states that this promotion is valid during football season. Not unusual to advertise prior to start of football season.
Don't see any bait and switch. If anything quite the opposite.
Heritage pretty much spells it out in black and white.
Could be time for a pair of reading glasses for you....
