To Matty-G, I heard back from Heritage already regarding this matter. I was asked to pass along several items to you.
1. Your funds should already be returned back into your credit card balance because you made a CC deposit without providing the required authorizations.
2. Please check with your CC company to see if the funds are in fact returned..
3. Feel free to email The Heritage GM at
mike@heritage.com or call him at 1-800-238-7705 and ask for Mike. He will make sure you are taken care of.
4. Please contact Mike via email and provide a valid phone number for follow up and he will call you if you do not want to try and call him..Heritage had no valid phone number for you in order to call you regarding this problem.
Heritage is very quick to pay players funds they have coming, this matter if not already handled with a refund of your CC deposit can be resolved very quickly with a phone call or email.
