Does anyone know if they put the lines up for active betting as fast as the Greek did. The Greek has the lines up Sunday night right after the last game ends. I also use Legends and Bodog. Legends usually has them all up by Wednesday, most of them by Monday or Tuesday.....but Bodog locks up many games, especially for teasers, and you can't bet them sometimes until 15 minutes before the kickoff (a week!). As you know, the lines fluctuate during the week and I like to bet early before they start to move. If the do the lines as fast as the Greek, I'm in for sure, otherwise I'm looking elsewhere because SBR gives Heritage a B+ rating...and there are many A and A+ rated books out there. I'd love to here from some Heritage Sports customers about the NFL line time frame. Thanks!

I have a friend that was playing with thegreek for 17 years & when the switch happened, he asked for a 25% bonus to switch his $6,700 over to Heritage but they only would give him a 10% bonus so he cashed out & went to 5dimes. I tried to talk him into going with Heritage but he felt as if he wasnt treated well after playing over 1.2 million dollars of action past 17 years at thegreek that is documented.

I am a previous BetJam player what was transferred to Heritage. I made a successful deposit last week. I tried to place an online wager today and I am getting a message saying "activity on this account has been de-activated".

I've already tried emailing and calling. The phone # I have is not in service anymore...

Can anyone help our or make any suggestions?

For anyone else who made a deposit, did you get the 30% as a freeplay bonus or as a cash bonus? They're trying to tell me it's freeplay, but I don't see that anywhere on the site. Their banner even says 30% reload bonus? :/

I would advise anyone considering this book to stay FAR FAR AWAY!!! I made a fairly large deposit over 2 weeks ago and it was immediately posted to my account. I tried to place a wager a few days after the deposit hit and I couldn't access my account. I've been emailing them for the past week and a half just getting the runaround and they still have my funds. When I call they transfer me to customer service and they tell me they are in the process of refunding me.

Not only are they thieves but they should not treat customers this way. STAY AWAY!!!

I will be glad to find out what is going on if you email me your Heritage Account Number, amount of the deposit and the name on the account. at person19481950@yahoo.com. For the record I have been Head Moderator here going on seven years and have helped literally thousands of posters in one way or another..

I will be happy to help you find out what the problem is with your deposit at Heritage.

To Matty-G, I heard back from Heritage already regarding this matter. I was asked to pass along several items to you.

1. Your funds should already be returned back into your credit card balance because you made a CC deposit without providing the required authorizations.
2. Please check with your CC company to see if the funds are in fact returned..
3. Feel free to email The Heritage GM at mike@heritage.com or call him at 1-800-238-7705 and ask for Mike. He will make sure you are taken care of.
4. Please contact Mike via email and provide a valid phone number for follow up and he will call you if you do not want to try and call him..Heritage had no valid phone number for you in order to call you regarding this problem.

Heritage is very quick to pay players funds they have coming, this matter if not already handled with a refund of your CC deposit can be resolved very quickly with a phone call or email.

Good points. BOS players got .04 cents on the dollar. hno: (years later) This guy wants a 25% bonus.
