My local uses www.2betdsi.com to administer his accounts and it appears they are not changing either. Here is what theirs says. The site isn't bad, not great, but certainly not bad.

The game becomes official (action) after 55 minutes of play.

Goals scored during overtime are included for wagers on the game, but are not included on wagers for the 3 rd period.

If a game requires a shoot-out to determine the winner, One goal will be awarded to the winner for the final score(regardless of how many goals scored in the shoot-out) which will be recognized for the total goals scored as well as the winning team.

Game must be played on scheduled date and site.
NHL Betting Periods
The full 20 minutes of the period must be played to have action.
NHL Overtime Line
Bets on NHL overtime line are for the complete overtime, regardless of how many overtime periods are played and will include a shoot-out if required to determine the winner..
NHL 3-Way and European Ice Hockey (Draw line quote)
NHL 3 way and European Ice Hockey is settled without overtime (60 minutes of play) for the main quote (Away/Home/Draw). This option does NOT include overtime or a shootout.
Betting on Hockey
We offer 3 different types of lines for Hockey; The Canadian Line, 3 Way Option), and Straight Money Lines. All customers must choose between either Canadian or American Lines when he/she first sets up their sports betting account.
Hockey Betting | Canadian Line
The Canadian line is a combination of a goal and money line. The money line is a 20 cent line for straight bets.

Example:
Boston Bruins +1 1/2 -140
L.A. Kings -1 1/2 +120

• If betting on the Kings the customer would give-up a goal and a half and would risk $100 to win $120, the Kings must win by at least two goals. If betting on the Bruins the customer would get half a goal but would risk $140 to win $100.
Hockey Betting | Money Line
All money line options are prices to win the game outright, according to NHL rules.

Example:
Boston Bruins +110
L.A. Kings -130

• If you select the Bruins to win the game, betting $100 would win you $110. If you select the Kings to win, you would need to risk $130 to win $100.
Hockey Betting | Totals Over/Under
Example:
Bruins +1 1/2 -140 5 OVER -130
Kings -1 1/2 +120

• As well as having favorites on sides you also have favorites on totals, in this example over the total of five goals is indicated as the favorite in which case the customer would lay $130 to win $100. If betting on the game to go under five goals the customer goes with the underdog so he/she receives a larger return in this case risking $100 to win $110. If there is no money line indicated the total has a “FLAT” line or -110 whether betting over or under, in which case the customer would lay $110 to win $100 either way. When you wager on total pucks, if the score falls on the number in this case five, it will be “no action”.

Mine isn't broken down by team, it is on a spreadsheet by the starting date of the series, with each road game in the series listed.

I'd like a copy to save me some work please. Email sent.

Best of Luck Markie Mark, cant wait to see the results....

I remember tatehill did well in NBA with a similar system, but the next year it didnt work.

something tells me this will be different though as I fully expect a profit here.

good capping!!!!

The big difference is that tatehill had to beat the spread, and Mark doesn't.

tendog,
it's nothing fancy... the odds and scores will need to be entered manually, and i dont know if i'm gonna get around to making it keep track of wins per series play, but i think with a year's worth of data pumped into it, it might give us a better feel for the stronger plays in Markie's system... it helps identify patterns in road trips... How will teams fare through the western road swing (VAN, CGY, EDM), 4 in 6 patterns are easily identifiable...
it's basically a supplement to the system if you're interested in tracking the road teams on their trip, past the series win

Not that I want to influence anyone but the betting options at Pinny allow more choice. In particular I've been looking at the 60 min and OT lines as follows:

NYI fade PHX -166 OT -158
STL fade SJS -240 OT -262
VAN fade DET -185 OT -180

My thought is that some risk averse punters, like myself, might want to take the 60 minute line especially for the first game in a series. This avoids the crap shoot of overtime and gives a push for a 60 minute draw. Then if the first of 3 game draws there is no loss and the series is terminated.

BTW I like all these series but am interested in hearing Mark's opinion.

Thursday, October 5

TOTAL TO DATE: 0-0 (+0.00 UNITS)
There are 3 New Series starting today but I am only going to play two of them. St. Louis and NY Islanders are a couple of below average teams and they will be playing some pretty good west coast teams. Vancouver have a new life with Luongo between the pipes and he can win games all by himself, so I will pass on this Series since it is so early in the season.

Current Goal Per Series = 1.00 UNITS

PENDING SERIES
None

NEW SERIES
Series 1 - NY Islanders
Series 2 - St. Louis

Series 3 - Vancouver (PASS)

TODAY'S PICKS - All lines are from Pinnacle (OT Included)
PHOENIX -158 over NY Islanders (Wager 1.58 Units to Win 1.00 Units)
SAN JOSE -255 over St. Louis (Wager 2.55 Units to Win 1.00 Units)

Will the Jack of Hearts be tracking as he did last year? Good luck!

I am not sure. I haven't seen him in the forums lately.

I certainly would welcome it though, as JOH is very concise and it helps me keep things straight once I get deep into the season.

I guess I'm mistaken but I thought I read you were going to wait after the first couple of weeks to let the fatigue start to set in as last year, a coupl of the early series losses came in the first couple of weeks, no? GL and I will probably jump on the chase with you after a couple of weeks.

k, I'm having a little trouble understanding this chase...

Let's say the Isles actually win tonight and we lose 1.58 units... do we bet against the Isles next game to win 1.58 units? or more?
