I have had a terrible issue with Mansion the past 5 weeks, unable to log in and such. There is an IT problem with my profile there.
The customer service there has been so incompetent and unhelpful I dont know what to think.
I only have 142 USD there, but I cannot access it at all....
I guess now is not the time to try to resolve it as they must be getting slammed today.

when I was talking about their fees, I was referring to a 2.9% fee they deduct when you deposit via Neteller....
but they refund that fee in the form of commission credits....
perhaps someone else can answer who they transfer with....

I had the same problem back a couple of months ago and you are correct, their CS was useless. I figured it out myself. If you have IE look at the bottom of your screen and see if there is a little red circle with a slash across it. It says "privacy report". Double click on it and highlight a line from the site. Then click on "summary" and allow cookies from that site. Fixed my problem but evidently the CS at Mansion knows nothing about it. Hope this helps.

now, since I opened my new account, it has been like pulling teeth getting them to transfer my funds from my old account to my new one....
it still isnt done.

it is really confusing, i agree...put in "matchbook" without the quotes where it says receiver nickname, it will fill in the rest of it and then you enter the amount to transfer. the mansion cs rep assured me that matchbook and mansion share player id info so that they will know it is from me. hope that helps, and like i said i'll update this thread when the transfer goes through (although I expect it will be a while)

Without saying too much, I think it's unlikely they'll be offering CBB, and certainly with the volume previously offered. Tennis was very nice during the Aus open, hoping they do the regular tours rather than just the Grand Slam, would provide a nice alternative to BF. Same with golf. I've made representations about that to them in the past with no success, but if they're abandoning cbb perhaps they'll look at more euro/asia-centric sports.
All respectable bookmakers have decided to not go on dealing to U.S. customers. The ones left are not the respectable ones in the eyes on the U.S. Goverment. It's only a matter of time that they too will be closed.

also, others CANNOT get into my account on their machine but I can get into their account on my machine.
I can also get into my Mansion affiliate account which uses the same software.
It has to be something with the profile on my original account.
