I would say the main differences between our products would be experience and resources.
We have been doing the same thing for almost 15 years. We have had plenty of time to work out all of the kinks, which allows us to deliver an extremely stable product. Because of our early start, we are able to focus on our customer’s needs and suggestions. We try to implement any (legitimate ) suggestions we receive, which in turn means a feature-rich and very user-friendly product.
Additionally, our company is very dedicated to allocating whatever resources we need. In the past 18 months we have spent over $250,000 in system upgrades and improvements. Because of this we are able to delivery 99.9% uptime on all of our systems.
Under resources, I also include manpower. We have a staff of over 25 employees, the majority of whom are dedicated to researching injury and other game information. Our offices are staffed over 20 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most of our guys have been with us for many years, so they are very good at what they do.
