Whatever the % is before the start of any part of the 64 team(or however many )tournament that is what you go by. Would be irrelevant what it is after the tournament because then it wouldn't be a predictor of success.

The only reason I kept the 1st round out of the ats was because some of the lines in the first round are very big so I figured since winning is the key I would just keep track of the record 2nd round out.But I am sure someone could check what the first round record is last year. Maybe kaboom has it.
I was thinking that's what it was. Glad you went into detail on the 1st round.
Make sense with the big spreads.

Anyone gonna be in Vegas this year? I’m thinking about going down for the first two days. Never been for March madness

I dropped a bunch of Teams from the list because I have other trends that support to delete from winning the Title

Zags have reached Sweet 16 ............. 8 straight ............ why not take them in 1st Round this year ? ........... they will likely be a 7 seed

The 8-9 matchup is the toughest first round game to pick when you're filling out your NCAA tournament bracket. That's because 8 and 9 seeds have the closest head-to-head record against one another since the March Madness field expanded in 1985. After the 2023 tournament, 9 seeds hold a 78-74 edge.

Last 3 Years in Tournament ..... No team has made Elite 8 with 6 or more games Under .500 vs Quad 1 Teams ............ Auburn ... so far this year .... 1-7 Rec vs Quad 1 Teams ..........but they have the Conf Tourn yet ....

Friendly advice ... pay attention to those Quad 1 Wins ... they are tell on how far a team will go ...over the last 4 years
