I remember the tolls in Conn from years ago when I used to drive through the state from New Hampshire, but that was back in the early 60's. One thing for sure that I remember was when they opened up a new portion of I-95, they had about 12 trooper cars waiting to pick up the people that were caught in their radar trap. Only reason I didn't get stopped is that they reached the limit on how many people could get pulled over!
