I find this thread quite interesting and would just like to contribute with my two cents. In the last few years it has become unfortunately common to hear about books having cash problems. Sometimes it's true, sometimes it's not. I mention this because of the recent rumours about DSI. IMO, the stories told do NOT prove anything per se.
It has also become nearly traditional for top administrative employees (mainly in marketingt) to "take the money and run", causing all kinds of problems to their former employees. Again, IMO the fact that Robbie took off does NOT prove anything.
A third element in this story is also all-too-frequent in today's cyber-world... HACKING. The rumours say that DSI's database was hacked and we all know that can mean disaster to any book. Whether that's true or not has yet to be proven so, once again, no cigar.
There is just one thing that still doesn't add up with me and that's the employee dismissal. There is absolutely nothing suspicious about a book laying off a significant number of minor employees after Football season. The problem here is why did the layoffs come so late, actually less than 3 months from pre-season FB?!?!? Maube someone can help me figure that out.

Thus, take lightly in what is being said, and focus upon what has and is being done by DSI.
One NEVER downsizes unless there are "some" internal financial concerns (as business growth and expansion is the objective and path to great profits)...let alone force a waiver upon former employees, which relieves them of additional compensation.
The deepth of the financial issues cannot be expected to be fully disclosed, particularly here.
I am of the opinon that the "writing is on the wall," and players should take appropriate actions regarding DSI...as DSI has, by at LEAST "downsizing" their DSI account.

Putz, I put an offer to write up to 200 DSI wouldn't stiff any of their customers, why didn't you post up to put your money where your 10 million dollar mouth is? That offer is still on the table.. Since you have 10 mil, and you live in CR ( I reference you Misistry of works- we call it Labor here), so we can arrange for someone mutually acceptable to hold the $$...

Now, if DSI did something contrary to the local labor laws, then it will be settled there, I can only assume.
