In my opinion, something is very very wrong at WSEX. Why in the civilized world would anyone deposit in a book that is currently slow paying? From a rational vantage point you have to think that they would pay on a timely basis if they could. I am at 43 days and counting for a measly $1000 check. They can explain about payment processor problems, business days and holidays but slow paying with no reasonal explanation is not the actions of an honorable book. What would happen if you paid your mortgage , credit card bills or car payment over 30 days late? We are talking penalties and interest. What is so different here? Let me guess - they are a wonderful book and can damn well do what they please - screw the customers.

Dude, if you had taken the Fed Ex option, you would have had your money by now. Those guys get priority. There's a limited number of checks they send out each day, and the ones who choose the free withdrawels get bumped behind those paying the $50. I withdrew some money in early January and got a check five days later. Try that next time if you want your money quicker.

In retrospect I should have done this. I believe the serious slow paying started after the Super Bowl and there was no reason to believe at the time I requested a check, (Jan 17), that there was a payment problem at WSEX. Up to 14 days for a check is understandable. Six weeks and counting indicates a failure somewhere in the management process.

I had a low 4 figure payment requested via FedEx back in December. After 3 weeks they and a few e-mails they finally sent me the cash via moneygram.
I think Hermianator has it right. It seems that WSEX is way behind the competition in coming to grips with the new payemnt processor environment. Back in the day Netellers would hit in under an hour. It may be difficult to do, but WSEX should come in here and try to explain why it is difficult to process payments (seems no to be the case when depositing) and what they are planning to do about it in the future. Obviously they don't want to disclose their plan to the DOJ or whoever else may be monitoring the situation for the government, but they are losing the trust of the players and that is not a good thing for what I consider to be a great book.

very briefly looked at this thread when it was first posted. didn't think much of it and, honestly, still don't. not worried at all here. i have access to neteller and they pay within an hour almost everytime. also use matchbook and withdraw the daily 10k limit without any problems everytime.
