I feel that I should respond since I started this thread some time ago. Yes, I did get paid the $1000 from my account that I requested by check. It took 50 some odd days and was eventually sent by Fed Ex. The reason I got for the delay was that my check was lost in the mail. I really like WSEX in terms of their product - particularly the in-game live betting. It was never a matter of getting paid, but when. They really need to solve their payment problems in order to provide the level of comfort for clients that is needed for WSEX to compete with other to tier books.
that's the thing, they wont give you a tracking number. nor do i think their employees are smart enough to get you one.
they have the worse CS by far and have for some time. it always says they are on live chat, but it kicks you out, they must have like 1 employee and they know absolutely nothing. this books is a complete joke all while they keep getting the royal treatment because Jay C was once involved and they pay, even though they pay 6 week late

-Customer Service is better than most books
-Emails usually answered within an hour or two, use live help or phone for immediate answer.

Seriously though, I've been with WSEX for about 8 years and have never had a single problem. Obviously, it's taking a bit longer to receive checks and that should be fixed, but one shouldn't read too much into a few of these isolated instances. For what it's worth, I've made 5 or 6 book-to-book transfers from them in the past month and all were done in less than an hour.........

for the record, i paid the $50 courier fee to wsex and did not receive my payment in full within the 7 business day time frame. granted, im glad they sent part of the 5k i requested, but to tell me repeatedly days prior that the check I requested (5k) would be here and then to open it up and to see much less than 5k and have to call in and get the same old bullshit from their CS lately is getting old. they can't talk to you straight on the phone or on live chat, all they said is "We can not confirm at this moment".

What's the need for "substantial"? If they charge you for a service and then say 4-7 business days, I think that gives them more than a fair enough margin or error. if they don't deliver by the 8th day, the customers shouldn't have to say "oh shucks, it's wsex, they'll pay, i'll have to be patient". other books can process fedex quickly, dont understand what the problem with them is
For the record, Paterno was on post review for maybe an hour or two tops during the wee hours of the morning of Tuesday March 18th (around 5AM EDT) after bumping six threads, four of them years old to the top of this forum. I emailed him that morning and explained why.
No threads are hard deleted, including the the SBGlobal/Royal sports thread..
Lifexpired, I used the word substantially so I would not get requests for help involving requests that are not even late yet. Which happens when books experience the problems that WSEX is now experiencing. Posters will write me before their withdrawal is actually overdue and there is nothing I can do in those cases. I was simply emphasizing that a withdrawal needs to be actually late before it becomes eligible for arbitration.
