Is the Bash date August 17-18 ,or not ?...

SOUTHWEST is good with changes. THEY JUST ADD IN WHAT THE NEW PRICE WOULD BE, I've even gotten credit before when I changed to a cheaper flight.

Southwest never changes a change fee to customers who want to cancel and rebook tickets. However, a higher fare could result for customers who apply the value from a canceled ticket to any newly-booked itinerary

Look for a definitive announcement today for sure from Xpanda as to official dates for this year's Bash. She has all of the information and will be posting sometime this afternoon. Hopefully everyone will be happy with the final solution that after weeks or negotiations Xpanda has been able to secure...

VVV, unfortunately the one thing I do know is there will be a date change BUT for Rxers who have already made arrangements to come to Vegas during the prematurely mentioned August dates and cannot change their plans we will be more than happy to have a mini Bash and make sure those people have a great time also, so all is not lost..

Im a little confused now Wil. If we cant make the next bash dates are you still going to comp the room if we go for this "Mini Bash" you are talking about?
