I use to root for Phil- indifferent now . He's a mental midget, can't associate with such. His play on the short par 3 is a microcosm of his career - blessed with enormous talent , should have 3-5 more majors , between the ears not strong enough . You'd think at 43 he'd mature - up one to start the day , level par wins it . He goes at the pin with a baby wedge - flies the green , bogey . You reap what u sow .

Given talent he's the biggest 'failure ' in my lifetime

Good Grief....

Phil's best chance for a Major win will always come at The Masters. But when you starting getting up close to your mid 40's your best days are usually behind you. I think 46 is the oldest that anybody has won a major. Did anybody notice that Phil flat looked worn out after the U.S. Open? These majors take a lot out of you. It's hard for the old guys to go the distance in these majors.

Absolutely , the body is aging , bidding adieu . All organs. BUT, the one organ that can be STRONGER? The brain - as it has wisdom , patience , experience by its side. For Phil? Nope . Same chap . Not surprised nor disappointed that he failed yet again .

For shits and giggles , put Woods' mind in Phil's body and how many majors does Phil have ? ...he'd close this past Sunday.

I made another executive decision four days ago not to bet Phil to win the British Open. He has never played this good whenever I have had money on him. Should have known. On another note Tiger looked very ordinary today.

Phil has played his best golf over the last fee years. He still crushes.....one would think he still has 3-4 great years left. Its kind of like he is a rare case where he has hit his prime 10 years later than everyone else.

He also looks to be in great health. The round yesterday will go down as one of the greatest of all times. I hope he wins a us open. Having the career grand slam puts you in some elite company. I say he has a good chance to win another 2 majors.

Tiger closes golf tourn when he has the 54 hole lead at a 93% rate. Jack was around 65%......nobody has ever been anywhere close to being as good as Tiger when the pressure is on

Still feel that way after Wood's monumental fall yesterday?
