the NFL is amazing they stay in the NEWS year round with stories, Favre, Draft, trades, preseason..what a marketing machine.

Love the Favre news here in Minny...

If Farve can play within the system and hand the ball off to Peterson, He might do ok. If Farve wants to zing the ball around like much of his career, it won't end pretty.

I have never seen a player tarnish a legacy quicker. He was loved by all, now I wouldn't suprised to see people cheering him if he got hurt.

He comes across as a selfish prick.

He makes the nfl so tiring... I love the sport and following it, but its like his presence smothers everything else... Oh, and he sucks. Also bad for the vikes cause they aint winning a thing with this guy, and thus they'll just be wasting some good years with AP

Not sure how good it is unless you are a Vikings Fan....I'am so tired of this retired not retired shit from him, I could careless. Either you are a man of your word or not! Please do not tell me he woke up yesterday and felt like he wanted to play. Now, if it was I want to comeback but cannnot deal with all the training camp crap fine, say it and lets go.

Does this help the NFL yes, but I think it tarnishes B. Farve.

Could not agree more... Could of owned GB for life..Like Cal Ripken in Balt. Now FFFFaarve would be lucky to get a ham sandwich in GB. He will probably get a knuckle sandwich.

It's a good thing since I own two Packer season tickets.
Should I sell early (my two $60 end-zone tickets are going for $325 each today), or should I hold and get probably $600 each in late October? In doing so, I risk him getting blown up before Nov. 1 and having the tickets go back down to $125.
I'm leaning toward waiting it out and keeping my fingers crossed.

As far as his signing, I can't believe Childress drove out to the airport to pick him up. Childress lost whatever credibility with the rest of the Vikings when he did that. You know who is going to run that team from here on out--No. 4.

I would hold out and wait to sell them..i think the price will only go up..I could be way off, but that is what i would do
