I feel great about todays game because the Eagles wouldn't have beaten the Bears either. I couldn't deal with another NFC Championship loss.

You're crazy. The Eagles would've smoked the Bears. The Saints are a fugazi team who played their perfect game against the Eagles and still almost lost.

The Saints are garbage.

Hang in there Chop....at least your team played today! They have a very bright future too. Plug some holes on defense and they will be a contender for years to come.

I agree guys. This is a temporary pain. It wont last long.

Deep down in my heart of hearts, I knew the Saints had weaknesses. Weaknesses that sean payton has done a tremendous job of covering up almost the entire season.

The cover was blown today. The better team won today, as painfull as that was to say.

We need a corner,TE and LB and we will be good to go.

All our needs can be fullfilled in just one offseason. Next year the SB comes thru N.O, and thats going to make all the difference in the world.

Im very proud of my Saints. They did me well this season.

Lets get them next year.

Thanks for the nice words everyone. Most of you were real nice about this, you could have rubbed it in and made it worse, but you didnt.

Thanks.

And good luck to the Bears and Colts. The 2 teams that deserve to be there.

Hey, you can always root for your old buddy Boo Williams now that he's in the AFL... the Kansas City Brigade picked him up yesterday and swear he's playing WIDE RECEIVER for them... uh-huh... a 265 lb WR... Probably won't make the team, but I can't wait to see tapes of him being sent in motion as the first ever 265 lb yo-yo WR in the AFL...

... Check out a VooDoo game this year... They've put together a nice little team and have the extra advantage of knowing that the ArenaBowl is a home game if they get that far. Can't wait to get there in July myself. It'll be the first time for me in New Orleans since Katrina.

Chop, I was told before the season started, the Saints only had one player on defense that would start for the Dallas Cowboys. Great season. Good Luck

What a disgusting regular season showing at home

Atlanta sacked Brees six times on Sunday; the Falcons had just seven on the season coming into the game. New Orleans committed a uncharacteristically high 12 penalties and finished just 3-for-12 on third down. Kamara, the Saints' do-everything back, did next to nothing on the ground, held to 24 rushing yards on just four carries.
Everything about Sunday's defeat surprised Saints players, coaches and onlookers alike. But Payton isn't fretting over his side's shocking loss, not with seven games to go in a season still teeming with Super Bowl aspirations.
