I wonder if Stevie was happy being down 17 after the first quarter, was he still "happy with how they were playing"

oh let me guess, yes yes, he was, and the 2nd half rally proves they were playing good in the first quarter too

He’s gonna have to earn his paycheck game 7

Game 7 on the road won't be easy, hence my suggestion losing games 4 and 5 on the road was nothing to act "giddy" about :)

I think the jury is out on Kerr re: is he just letting the best team play or if he actually contributes to the success. One thing we can all agree on, Tyronn Lue is an empty suit whose main job is to shut up and stay out of the way. LeBron is hard to overcome, but I think the Brad Stevens edge may be enough.

You love that word "giddy".

For the last time retard, he was fine with what he saw. Limit the turnovers and fouls, and he knew everything would be fine.

The live line when they were down 17 still had GS favored.

Game 7 on the road won't be easy. Wow, that's pure brilliance. High level shit there Willie boy. Nobody but you can come up with that nugget.

Are you really this much of an idiot, or just playing around?? Every post you make makes you look like the word you started throwing around when this started.

Go ahead and take the last word genius.

You're just gonna say more stupid shit and probably use the word "giddy".

I'll let everyone else read your tired bullshit.

You start a retarded thread and continue to desperately try and validate your point. Thanks for the laughs Willie boy.

"Game 7 on the road won't be easy". Hey everyone, Willie Boy also says water is wet and the sun is hot.

This is so stupid. Kerr wasn't giddy about losing Games 4 and 5, he was realistically evaluating the state of the series. He was disappointed about losing those two games, but was optimistic about the team's chances in the series.

And if you understand basketball at all, you should see that. Golden State has been the better team in this series, because they are the better team in general. They have played lousy for stretches of this series, but they probably win Game 4 and 5 if they clean up the turnovers a little bit and stop committing dumb fouls.

If I was Kerr, I would be confident in his team. The Warriors are arguably the best team ever assembled, so I would like my chances in a Game 7 regardless of location.

This just comes off as sour grapes because you disagree with his political stances, and him being vocally against Trump.

"I wonder if Stevie was happy being down 17 after the first quarter, was he still "happy with how they were playing"

Another retarded analysis.

Did you bother to notice how hot Houston was?? It was unsustainable. Houston came out with a lot more energy, and that wasn't sustainable either.

There is a reason Kerr is a championship coach and player, successful front office executive and analyst.

And there is a reason couch potatoes that win the 20 yard sprint to the fridge and play on a laptop call guys like Kerr "idiot".

Sam, you're correct. Willie boy is another conservative blowhard that hates Kerr's politics. He watches Hannity and wears his pajamas.

I won't undermine conservatives, I don't have a problem with a good conservatives.

But Trump isn't a conservative, he's just a moron.

And Hannity is just scary lol

Kerr is a lucky weirdo who has 2 HOF players, maybe 3, and a 4th who is top notch.

Was outcoached but now he is tied in the series since Houston just lost a HOF player so the Warriors might make it to the Finals.

Kerr was silly to comment on the NFL ruling. At least keep your mouth shut. What an ass. Dishoner our military and other patriots by disrespecting the Anthem?

One of the beautiful parts of this country is that people like Kerr DON'T have to keep their mouth shut. I guess people aren't allowed to come out and support the policy either then, by that logic.

I know no one really cares and this thread has been derailed beyond belief but I'd definitely give credit to Kerr for installing the offensive system in GS which propelled the Warriors to new heights. It's possible several other coaches would've been able to see that, it wasn't a secret amongst NBA people that Jackson was playing an antiquated style of play with this group. But you still gotta give Kerr credit for getting it done, in 2014 the pace/space era was still in it's infancy so he did show some foresight.

Where Kerr is pretty bad is with rotations. The most glaring example of this was playing Ezeli and Varejao minutes in game 7 of the 2016 finals vs the Cavs when they should've been going smaller. Lebron cooked Ezeli for 6 crucial pts in the 4th quarter. They were -18 for the game in those minutes and lost by 4.

Last night, the end of 3rd quarter lineup with Durant out there with Bell/Looney/Young/Livingston is just inexcusable. It didn't matter because they weathered the storm but there is no reason not to have 2 of the big 4 on the court in an elimination game. Most of the time he has so much talent that it doesn't matter and I think GS probably rolls gm 7, but if Hou somehow finds a way to get it done, I think it will likely happen with an assist from Kerr's rotations. That's why the Iguodala injury has potential to be underrated (1 of the reasons atleast, he's just an underrated player in general and always has been), he saves Kerr from himself because he doesn't have to juggle which bench guys to play and when to play them.

The Iguodala loss is critical but last night the Houston loss of Paul is much much much > than the loss of Iguodala.

& GS finally is dealing with the Houston switching defense.

If Paul plays at 100% they can win. If not they are doomed, despite Kerr.

Yeah, obviously Paul loss is >>>>>> Iggy, just saying if Iggy is out it gives Hou a bigger opening than they otherwise would have. That 5th guy in GS lineup has been hit or miss all series. Mostly miss. And Kerr figuring out what to do with those 30-32 minutes is his weak point as a coach. Just something to watch for.

Doubt CP plays though. Line is -5.5 for a reason. Woj said he is unlikely to go and he's pretty plugged in with sources usually.

Do you play the national anthem during work hours Serbone? And yeah I’m actually allowed to protest during work hours, as are many Americans about whatever cause. Get educated.

You can wear cops-are-pigs socks during working hours like Kaepernick?

If so go ahead!

I’m in wealth management but could totally get away with it.

Somewhat unrelated: it’s funny how supportive conservatives are suddenly towards cops aka a GOVERNMENT service. They want the service but don’t wanna pay for it!

Conservatives are against excessive government. Not reasonable services like law enforcement.
Nice try.

Excessive? That’s so subjective. NOBODY wants “execessive” government by definition.
