Well that's a resolution
How come it always costs so much for payouts? Is there an actual charge incurred by the books to do them? Or is it really just a bs way to get revenge on a winning player?

Hello Viejo, it's good to hear from you. Actually, you know me personally... so maybe you are confusing me for somebody else cause I never worked for BETUS. I worked for the original SDB for 3 months, and then the original Rio/Skybook for the next 12 years or so, where you also worked with me for a while, and now BetPhoenix since 2010.

No excuse was given, simply an apology for what the player deemed to be an unsatisfactory experience. The OP can confirm that he got paid in full, and could indicate what amount, if he so desires, too. I will be happy to speak with him also, if he still has any unresolved issues that he wants to discuss.

Fact is that moving large sums is never easy, but he got paid, in full, as would any player betting with BetPhoenix. And if anyone ever needs help, I am happy to personally review and help find the best possible methods.

How have sportsbooks so masterfully figured out the art of taking funds from the player but have so much trouble sending funds?

If I make a deposit I get an alert in 2 seconds from my bank app telling me that my money has been debited from my account .

Yet somehow it's difficult to do the same thing in reverse.

Sorry about that....

So what do books charge nowadays for withdrawals?

I know books don't enjoy playing banks, but don't you think that some books charge exorbitant amounts?

Depends on the method.

Obviously WU or MG is gonna cost the player these days.

Thats one thing i didn't catch in ensign's original post, what payout method he used/requested.

Bitcoin is free at virtually every book I'm sure...

Mike, thanks, but I already withdrew all my money last season. Paid $600 to do it that I didn't have to, but y'all didn't really give me much of a choice.

There's not really much to talk about unless you're willing to send me the $600, and raise my limits from $100.

I will point out that Mike was the only person who didn't act like a gigantic douchebag in this entire experience. He couldn't help, but at least he wasn't that jerk that was like "Yeah, it's your fault that we couldn't' get your withdrawal request to the manager's desk in the FIVE DAYS between Friday and Tuesday. You should have called in to check up on it."

But I did still spend $600 that I should not have had to...

Check is the only way they would let me withdraw. I asked if I could use bitcoin, since I'm well versed in it, and was told no.

Doesn't matter...Poster says he was supposedly entitled to one free payout per month....They stole 600.00 from him....

Hey VD can you imagine either one of us being pussies like these books are today? Never in a million years would we have told someone they were to smart for us and not let them bet whatever they wanted to...If they called and we knew they were line shoppers we simply gave them what line we wanted to give them and they either bet it or they didn't...Sooner or later they get the hint and leave or you force them to take a side they don't want.it's that simple..If you are scared you layoff, you never tell a player they are smarter than you...

Too many inept bookmakers out there....there are only a handful that I would trust to make a deposit....

Limiting wagers to a hundred bucks is insane....You send money you should be able to bet what is in your account especially if you send a dime or less....

Old School.

We were fortunate to have lived during such times.

Fortunate to have lived in a climate where Honor was important, Pride was shown and Honest Dealings took place.

This New School has Metal Detectors at the doors, Bars on the windows and empty promises everywhere, like landmines.

Ah ok ensign

Thats surprising since so many books are going to bitcoin.

I must say it took 5dimes a whileto get the bitcoin thing down but they are much better now.

Betphoenix might still be learning the bitcoin process...

Yeah, what's funny is even a small book like BetTrojan was able to get me 5 figures with no problem. Easy transaction with no hassles at all.

Hell, BetCoinSports was only around a year when I was using them. Send me $16k in bitcoin without any trouble at all.

I was very surprised when I had such troubles with BetPhoenix.
