I did not have a penny on the ne/tenn game because I refuse to bet games that NE plays in, simple rule! If for one second you dont believe NE gets favorable calls you are living in a bubble. No question they are far better than Tenn, I simply question the ref bias for them in all games. The motion penalty that turned into an offsides is a wonderful example. NE goes from punting out of their own end zone to getting a 1st down & the possesion turned into a NE TD. If you don't think things like this make a difference you live on a different planet .
Come on Wang yes the pats kicked there ass but the refs took every opportunity out of there sails when it was still competitive. With all the instant replay B's you would think the NFL would during the playoffs would allow you to challenge anything and do away with unreviewable B's. If your willing to lose a timeout is it really jeopardizing the integrity of the game or truly getting it right

The old saying about the racetrack... "if you TOLD everybody at the track that every race was fixed, the same people would show up the next day to try to figure out which horses were in on the fix".

I realize instant replay is Pandora's box and something's are judgement calls and so on but that fourth down offsides that changed from offense to defense could have been reviewed without difference of interpretation.

then why the fuck are you not betting this gravy train every week?

if you believe the refs favor NE, then you should be betting the Patriots every week, and if you're betting against them every week and then blaming the refs, well I think that's pretty fucking stupid

just saying, and meant in the most respectful way possible

face)(*^%

This makes a lot of sense to me.

If you're betting on a team against teams like the Pats, the Warriors, the Cavs, Peyton Manning teams, the Packers, the Steelers, Seattle at home their DB's would get away with more (whoever else you wanna throw in) then you should do so knowing the game probably is not going to end and you're going to be saying "Man the refs really helped me out in that 1" most of the time.

But these teams being more likely to get favorable officiating is largely priced into the lines.

Doesn't mean it's rigged or some grand conspiracy but teams with track records of winning do tend to get more calls, especially when at home.

And then also, when the better teams do get favorable calls, they capitalize more often than bad teams so it sticks out more.

Like the encroachment on Tenn leading to a 80 yard TD drive, whereas if Tenn got that call vs NE, it would've just been 3 and out about 2 mins later most likely and no one would remember it happened 20 mins later.

Spot on!! Everyone crying about the change of the call between the crew "BUT" NE also had to drive 80 yards to pay dirt! How many other Teams have that capability? Answer, not many!!!

What I think most is saying here is that no other teams would even have close to that amount of opportunities as NE due to many “external” influences, plain and simple.
in any event I instead to put a heavy parlay down with NE money line along with something else I feel good about.
I just think there is no way a situation will be granted where they lose and I intend to take advantage of it

I bet NE practically every week. It sickens me but you can't bet against having an extra 5 or so men on the field plus the Commish (Connish). Its been going on since the Raider game back in 2001 or so. Made up tuck rule for convenience, time out calls allow in Baltimore during "perfect season" year, offensive line holding every other play, every other year scandals.... you can go on and on, but deal with it, just bet them and be happy going to the cashier's cage for your winnings. The NFL is just a variation of a casino.
It can get tough when the spread goes to double digits with back door TD's etc., but most of the time the National Fixed League will find a way.
Did anyone see Belefix throw the challenge flag with just a minute or so left challenging a catch when they had a 35-7 lead, game in the bag! You think he had the under? it tough to say if it is "fully fixed" or not, but damn alot of coincidences week in and week out when it comes to the spread. shanked extra points etc.
Always enjoy everyone's opinion back and forth and been a religious reader of many of you for the past several years, thank you.
Don't have a strong feel about the games today except lean a little vikes at -4, not sure about the -5.5 now. Will definitely follow the RX for some guidance today.

ARTICLE 4. OTHER PROHIBITED ACTS BY THE OFFENSE. Blocking more than one yard beyond the line of scrimmage by an offensive player prior to a pass being thrown is offensive pass interference. See 8-3-1-Item 1 for exception for an ineligible offensive player.
Note: It is also pass interference by the offense to block a defender beyond the line while the pass is in the air, if the block occurs in the vicinity of the player to whom the pass is thrown. See 8-3-1-Note for exception for ineligible players.

First time I've mentioned this clear non call. I'm not crying just pointing out facts. Anyhow it's clear you guys never get sick of cheating after all it's the Patriot way!

you are not an NFL ref, nor or you qualified to speak on officiating in any way.

That picture doesn't show anything. Other than a few nice circles.....

Did ATL DB's engage the Patriots WR's at the line? Yes they did. They clearly grabbed the WR's first using the chuck rule, which is legal.
The Patriots WR's simply let them engage them and they pushed back. Completely legal but nice try GED.

I think its funny that you leave out the most important detail of that play which was Atlanta was offsides which the refs called but it was declined.

Patriots team photo.......
Its been a great 17 years as a Patriot fan.

This Dynasty will go down as the best EVER in the NFL. It won't last forever which is fine. We've been lucky.

To try and sit behind a keyboard and say its all because of officiating puts you in the lowest of lows here. Don't do that.

We've been lucky enough to have two GOAT's here for a long time. Just call us lucky, add in some childish names if you need to.

But to take anything away from this group just places you in a very poor light, just like Mr. GED

LMFAO! You Pats supporters are hypocrites! Most of you are conservative and always cry when liberals resort to name-calling, yet when I present FACTS you resort to name-calling GED. Whoaaa funny man what a hoot! The fact that you're denying that that play was a penalty Clearly shows your ignorance! Here all post the rule one more time. LEARN how to read before you post!

I hope people write books about how Pats cheated their way to the greatest NGL dynasty......Watergate stuff baby.....take those 5 rings away like Lance Armstrong was stripped of his titles, lmao!

Can't discuss facts with blinded Pats fans......is Brady the best Qb ever? Its a tie between him & Montana.....reason, because the 49ers were never caught cheating, the 49ers, Walsh & Montana went 4-0 in SB's......the Belichick/Brady era lost to the 9-7 & 10-6 Giants, lol!

Also, Brady is a wuss compared to Montana, in the 1980's, Qbs could get body slammed, the defense could do anything......Brady is babied like overprotective parents (refs) & the rules if you even breathe on a Qb in the Brady era, you get flagged.

Did you see Brady pouting on the sidelines like a 10 year old that had his toy taken away on MNF at Miami?
