....................would be the worst in my lifetime.

I'm 51 years old

There will be at least 4 conferences this season better from top to bottom than the BIG TEN......................SEC, BIG-12, ACC, and PAC-12.

As a big ten fan, hope I'm proven wrong, but doubt it.

Why? Because OSU, Penn State and Michigan are not in the top 10?

Wisconsin is a legit top 10 team.

Outside of Indiana, Purdue and Minnesota, there's not a bad team in the bunch.

Let's not rush into this. There's a lot of football left. After one week only Indiana and Minny lost, and the Gophers had USC sweating at home. NW beat BC without Persa.

WITHOUT Nebraska, worst in 51 years.................no question about it.

If Wisky stumbles(which they probably will do), this conference will be 4th at BEST in the country....................after being a solid 2nd best the past two seasons behind the SEC.

Interesting statement, but think the season needs to play out. I'm pretty high on Wisky myself.

disagree. You listed Minny as one of the bad teams and they just about beat USC on the road. Not as strong as years past but wait til the end of the year to make judgement. Illini are improved over past years, Michigan will be better than last year, Minny is better, some of the lower teams are better and some of the top teams (ie OSU are not as good). Highly doubt the ACC is better.

2004 is, and will be after this season, the worst ever collection of teams in the B10.

Only 1 ten win team that year - Iowa - who also beat the defending champs LSU in Capital One Bowl. Fishhead and yours truly in attendance at that one.

I prefer we all know they suck before USC or an SEC murders them in a bowl

That is because our conference requires to have more than a heartbeat and pulse to get into the school. This isn't like the SEC where reading and writing ability are optional, along with over signing.

Minny is no damn good, whats that say about USC? I think the PAC 12 is worse then the Big 10.

Still cant believe Kill went to Minn but he could turn it around. It will take 2-3 solid recruiting years. Minn could be better than both Indiana schools.

I don't think they are either. They are better than last year is all i'm saying. And they almost beat USC, so the Big 10 is hardly the worst of -FH-'s 52 years on this planet.

Vanderbilt, Georgia, and Florida are good academic schools although Florida is the only one with national titles very recently. Georgia has a few SEC Titles this past decade.
