I'll take Jags ml if it's 10 to 1 or better.
I still say Jags can hang with the Pats.

It will be between 10 and 14 and it wont be enough. Brady will pass for 400+ in his sleep. Jags will run the ball some, but the Pats pass O won't be stopped.

Pats 35 Jags 17

Just wanted to remind you Patriots bettors that New England has not done so well covering spreads lately as they have only covered 3 of their last 8 games including losing the spread in 2 of their last 3 home games. I'm not sure where all these - 14 to - 17 predictions are based on but I sure hope that you guys are right !

No matter how jaxs won it is impressive to win at Pitts. Pitts had best playoff scenario for opening round being a night game and jaxs still managed to win. Pitts had injuries but that is football and having depth on the roster. Jaxs has been winning all the while the world has already named the pats sup bowl champs.

I am Going to have to Agree Here.....The Jags Got Sloppy Tonight...
After they had a big Lead..They Started Playing " Small Ball "

Thought for the 2nd half that Herm Edwards was coaching them !! LOL

They are a Much Better team then what they looked like in the 2nd Half

Anything Over 10...I'm All over the Jags ! Might even take a Shot on the M/L as well....

I Posted a couple of weeks ago, that I thought the Jags were the Team to Watch.....

The Pats Will have to Play Nothing But their " A " Game...

Anything Less...........The Jags could pull it off !

You need to Remember that the 3 Teams that Played the Pats Though, ALMOST...Pulled it Off... ALMOST

wow you guys are putting it high

I'd be very surprised to see it close over 10.5...I think it should be 8.5

as far as the total, I've been on Jax overs for a while, so I figure my guess is higher than your guess, but I'd say at least 51

You guys are just helping out the books gauge players sentiment prior to them hanging the line.

But if I were head linesmaker, I would make NE -12 and O/U 50. Jax really didn't look that good tonight, and their numbers don't lie. Except for all the defensive and special teams scores or set ups, they would have lost pretty handily.

I am a season ticket holder which has seen every snap of Jackonville's games this year. If you look at the games in which we played any kind of a quality QB we have not fared well. The best QB's we faced this year were Peyton Manning twice (lost both games) and Drew Brees once and gave up 41 points and lost. Our secondary particularly safety is vulnerable. Mathis has had a poor year. Nelson makes a big play now and then but gives up one way to often. We are missing Mike Peterson, Marcus Stroud, John Henderson and Reggie Hayward are hobbled. The bottom line is we are not very good defensively. New England will shred us. Actually Tom Brady will shred us. I relish the opportunity to play them and hope for a miracle but if we win it will have to be 41-38 because we won't even slow down brady and company. We were able to get pressure on Roethlisberger with four guys. The Steeler line is pathetic. We will have to blitz like crazy to lay a finger on Brady. I have seen this dilemma before with this my team and a good QB and line. If we rush four they have all day and torch us down field. If we blitz they get the big play. My playoff game of the year is the Jacksonville/New England over 52?
