Cardio overkill...Ive done Atkins/keto a time or two in my life and your results are very similar to mine. First 2 weeks drop about 15 lbs which ends up about 20lbs the first month. Then it gets in a normal weight loss routine which is about 2 to 2.5 lbs. per week. So if you want to drop 40 its going to take a little over 3 months but after that, you have to work out (cardio) and eat right. But we all know that!! What kills me is the drinking, lack of working out (cardio), eating and drinking too many calories and sitting at a desk all day. Good luck, lay off the booze, try to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio 4 days a week, eat healthy and it should stay off.
No cardio is needed if you “eat right” like stated,and work out consistently.
