Try to use it as the last month then sneak away... thats what I gonna do to my crazy landlord who keeps asking me to pay the water bill, when it is included in the contract. She says that since her husband and her split she doesnt have as much money. (that was two years ago, and she only asked me a couple of weeks ago.)
