How to start your own sports betting site?

Thinking about start a off shore sports betting company. I'm wondering what are the basic things I need to start an online sorts betting company. How much money will it cost? How much will the licensing cost for different country to be able to bet from my website?

I'd tend to agree with Adam's suggestions. However, if you insist, there are companies that can help provide you with a turnkey solution, which from what I gather would be your best bet. However, turnkey has quite a few disadvantages. Your questions are too vague for any real good answers to be provided.

And as a side note, always trust a guy with an avi of a beer can. You can't go wrong!
