I requested a withdraw via check of $500 from Bodog on July 15, 2008. It was approved the next day.

Today is August 19, 2008. I still have not seen the check. I emailed them last week and they replied with what sounded like an auto-mated email.

"Upon reviewing your account we see that you made a payout request on June 15th for $500 via Check by Mail, and are currently on the 42nd business day since. However, we have currently lost one of our processors and are no longer able to send payouts via Mail. Because of this, your payout has been upgraded to Check by Courier, which due to the loss of one of our processors, is taking on average 40 business days to receive.

These time frames are only tentative, and as we get more information on this matter from our processor we will be able to set more concrete time frames and update accordingly....."

Today is the 47th business day. I've decided to give them until the end of the week before raising hell. I'll update this thread if/when I get that check.

Withdraw update...

I emailed Wilheim on Friday asking for his assistance and he replied that he had spoken to Bodog. Today is August 25, 2008 and I'm happy to say the check arrived literally 30 minutes ago. From the actual request date of June 15, 2008, it took a total of 71 days or 51 business days. I'd like to believe the check would have arrived without Wilheim's assistance, but it sure seems like a wierd coincidence. I thought it was odd that the check arrived via FedEx instead of regular mail, given how long it took, but whatever. A check's a check.

In any case, a big thumbs up to Wilheim and small thumbs up to Bodog.

71 days is just too long I dont care what the issues are.

These sportsbooks need to get into the check processing business themselves instead of dealing with 3rd party people.

Funny how they recieve our money in less then 71 days dispite using the same processors to recieve funds as they use to send them.

Yep. And there weren't any issues with my withdraw. The withdraw amount was next to nothing, I've never requested or recieved any bonus money, and I hadn't requested a withdraw in well over 2 years. If any transaction should have gone through smoothly, it was that one.

Oh well. I'm just happy it arrived. The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that Wilheim is the real reason the check came. I mean what are the odds that Wilheim inquires with Bodog on Friday and I recieve the check via FedEx on Monday?!?!?! I couldn't be more appreciative of Wilheim, but it's unfortunate that Bodog needed to be pressured like that.

I still have about $500 in that account (mainly used for poker) and if/when I ever decide to withdraw again, I'll certainly look for other payout options other than check. I'd rather pay some big fee, than wait forever and then need help.

I got the great news this afternoon - after reviewing my account they have approved my withdrawal - good, great and fucking wonderful

I am not eligible for Western Union because I deposited via neteller - but I would be eligible for a WU if I were to make "several deposits" via WU - yeah, sure, I'll make a deposit - um, no wait - I was calling for a FUCKING WITHDRAWAL - I just got the email - should take 40 business days - Wilheim, send them their advertising fee back and tell them to get fucking lost.
