Oh, I am wondering what to do with a froggie who MOCKS my selection tonight?

Do I throw the froggie back into a pond?

Do I FRY his legs (I understand that's a delicacy to some)?

I doubt I'd like the thought of eating his feet though...:icon_conf

I'll just hop away and let him DEAL WITH THIS...

Thanks Froggie for almost conceding this round though it is not over just YET...

It's ironic how your words about the Celtics poor DEFENSE couldn't have been any further from the truth tonight...

They have looked great albeit, the game isn't over..

Bottom line: I love going tete a tete with you and I wish you the best of luck in all games that we don't collide in...

Feel free to post ALL your playoff selections in this forum if you'd prefer...

I think you have earned it...:103631605

No, no. No special treatment or sympathy for FROG the loser. I think my posting style is better suited for the NBA forum. People can tell me I suck, after a supersized stiffy like this. And I deserve it. Plus I get to post my writeups, and that is fun. Good Call The SHRINK, no excuses, I just plain sucked here. Only the King should post up front. Long live the King! My pond is the NBA Forum, where I belong. Thanks for the offer. I dump the Tracker and have some fun with you up front, when you post.

Great call...OF:howdy:

I'll get you next time you wascally wabbit!!!:CUSSING:

My gift to your sheep earlier today on this very thread was the Celtics today, followed by Washington tomorrow. They don't have to thank me until tomorrow when I complete the double play

The HIGHLIGHTS of ROUND 1 for Those Who Missed It, lol...

What? Boston Celtics? Considering them for what? Covering the spread in a playoff game? Real nice playoff record. 0-4 ATS last year, broomed without a cover. Quit goofing off The SHRINK, no more Old Dom to prop you up, pick the real team. By the way, I like Indy to possibly upset Celtics. Much better defense. What rule was that again?

Best Wishes...OF:howdy:

Froggie,

With all due respect, I could give a rat's ass what their playoff record was LAST YEAR ATS...

I do like BOSTON tonight, NOT for the Series, but laying minus 3 AT HOME and it is noted that you like the other side..

May the better team win tonight sir...

I am sure you are right as you usually are, but I'll just take a stab and see if I can get lucky against the almighty one...

Rivet...

P.S.

I guess you CONVENIENTLY forgot this thread a couple nights back?

I don't believe ODU was ever mentioned..:drink:

Let's focus on today. I could post pages of winners I have posted here. Does not pay well.

Rule #1, Indy can beat the Celtics outright. #4 Line movement, sharps came in and bought all of the 3 1/2 down. By your definition, the Right side. Who would buy a dog down early? #7 Defense, which of these two have the better, playoff experienced defense? You take the chalk, that powerful division. That outstanding ATS record in the playoffs. I am looking for Pacers to step up in the playoffs, and I think without Artest they may actually be a better playoff team.
Let me post at the Tracker Forum...Best Wishes...OF:digit:

Your ARROGANCE in the post above called for me to remind you that it wasn't only ODU that I have been successful on this year. I listed 2 NBA games for the FIRST & ONLY time this year year just a few nights ago and they both were easy WINNERS...

Now as far as line movement, the sharps I know TODAY have bet the Celtics and moved the line to 3 minus 15 at many places and 3 1/2 at ASAP...

Laying 3 flat when 3 minus 15 and 3 1/2's are out there is not such a bad thing...

The later line moves are much more important to this capper than the earlier ones due to a host of reasons I'll share for another time...

Good Luck,

So sorry our glorious leader if I came across as ARROGANT. That was not my intent. I had no idea those two NBA plays on the meaningless games were your only plays of the year. I guess they were very important to you. I just try to focus on what is in front of me not behind. My most humblest apology for belittling your great victories. Those were just great plays The SHRINK, I just forgot because I passed and went fishing. I forgot to kiss the ring, I will try not to let it happen again your HIGHNESS. Please forgive me for being opposite of you again. I prefer the points and Indy. Will you please let us know in advance if you are buying any points?

Best Wishes...OF:howdy:

Millenium,

Your Boston play came in too late...

But it has been duly noted..

Real shocker that ole froggy won't track a record in the appropriate area. What is so fuggin hard about posting up your opinions and comments in the NBA forum and then taking an extra few seconds to just post your picks and your accurate YTD record in another spot ?

Yea he wins, he wins, he wins, he wins .... s- u- r- e he does.

Great thread Ken but I've read all this same gambling jargon stuff for years and years. What impresses me is a poster who has the knowledge and the knads to post and honest long term verifiable winning track record.

Hard to find one huh ? ....

Every FROG has his day. Obviously that was a stinker. Hopefully my day will come. Tagteamed by The SHRINK and I feel the ground trembling BetMill. My day will come, when the dust settles, I will emerge victorious. I retain my dignity in defeat, to fight another day. I conceded one clunker, as I could not say I bought 20 points...

I read the article, my first thought was if it's worth buying onto , it's worth buying off off ( agree with Fezz). The thread has become too long for me to read in it's entirety. I have my own views on this.

I have never bought a half-point in NBA for the standard 10 -cents, for 5-cents I will ( line shopping). I think Frog said that, I gave this quick look, remember. I'd never buy the half because it means my original bet is too shaky if it needs the buy.

I don't consider NBA to have key numbers nearly as much as NFL. 2 and 7 are worth the buy for 7 cents, the rest ,I simply forget. Many people come up with different key numbers in NBA.

I think Frog said it... buy it for 5 cents, not 10. Overall I value it around 7 cents average. It's real close call many times.

Thanks Wilheim...:103631605

Now getting back on whether it is right or not to buy onto the 2 in the NBA, WHO the hell can doubt BILLY WALTERS?

Certainly not me...

Certainly not you...

If he does it, I GUARANTEE it is mathematically RIGHT to do...

And I happen to know for a fact that he does!!!

For those who aren't as up on BW as others may me, then I suggest doing a search on google or yahoo...

P.S. But this statement, "I'd never buy the half because it means my original bet is too shaky if it needs the buy" is silly...

It's all about the number 2 and whether it is mathematically correct to buy onto it regardless of how strong your play is. Even if it gives you only an additional .005% advantage, one would be a FOOL not to BUY the 2...

Once again, this is all about numbers and not whether your play is strong...

Either it's right or it's wrong period, and I am done saying that I believe it is RIGHT...

sheesh..

You were one of the guys I tried for. Just is not me. I do not care about being tracked, just like to confabulate in the forums. When you get attacked by the Wynn's best restroom attendant, you know you have hit bottom. Thanks for the wakeup call kissee. I will just do what I have always done. And go back to not caring what you say. Works a lot better as you can continue to take shots. In the NBA forum, you can jump right in the thread and attack, feel free, just do not expect a response or ak. I am not really thrilled with curmudgeons like you. Kind that pile on when you have a bad day...OF :howdy:

Strange, I never see you in my threads when I do well.

Strange, I never see you in my threads when I do well.

You always have to take the low road with the personal attack "restroom attendant" nonsense.

All I ever asked was that you track a record.

You may have have fooled a bunch of kids in here with your crap but old timers like Wil and myself saw right through you the minute you started posting in here.

Good luck with your picks, don't forget to gloat when you win and vanish when you lose.

Kiss1 is done with you

I don't give a **** who Billy Walters is, I bet my way ! I don't believe any half is worth 10 cents, and like Fezz says if you'd buy on , buy off it as well .... I agree to disagree.
