Would have been N.C. St if they were a dog. They seem to be the only team not turning into a pumpkin. Huge difference from being a dog to laying. See: Zona/OK st. Have to go with Utes again. Maybe glass slipper is a big one that fits Bogut. His time will come in the next level. Best play of this round was W. Vir. Something I never mentioned before, as the rounds get down, my wagers also do. I decrease my amounts wagered the deeper we go in. The reasons are many. Quality dogs become extinct. The number of games and weak lines dramatically decrease. The lines become much tighter. The games become much more evenly matched. Sleepers have either lapsed into a coma or woke up. Utah U. +4 1/2 would be #1 for me tonight. Might be only unless I get favorable movement again.

I've done extremely well in this tournament. Hit my best bet of Nevada +2 against Texas and been cruising since including Az against Ok St. Love Az tommorrow again. Trying to get my West Virginia in a position to hedge at 1000/1

I am a whopping 3-0! Been sort of distracted by the Huskies presence, but really I just haven't seen too many good spots. Maybe I am getting a bit too picky.

Doing ok now in the brackets, still near the top but you have to hit them so well I don't know if I can get in the money. I am in a pick 10 teams contest, where you get points for wins with more points for lower seeds. I could win that one if things break right, but getting top 3 and some money looks very possible. Thanks Milwaukee and Wisconsin for that...

Bad night last night as I went against my instincts and played a fave, N.C. St.

Day #6 N.C. St/L
Utah/L
Nova/W

No excuses, Big 10 stock rising, ACC close to junk bond status. Guess North Carolina still favored to win it all, but Illinois now looking like it was the team having beat Wisky and Spartans twice. Luckily kept it small, but a loser just the same. Very nice dog tourney, with the NBA taking the best early, parity and no continued success should be the norm. Example, none of last year's Final Four even made the Elite 8. None. That is turnover. Now the selection is even smaller, 2 games today. 7 total. Both numbers right on mine, 5 and 9.

Cris had the 9, up from 8. Not into pulling trigger when numbers are only a point or hook apart. Need 3 at least. Traditionally Elite 8 is the favorite round, no upsets, lot of blowouts. I dropped to 1-1 on chalk last night. Would prefer to find a better opportunity to profit. Would be doing the forum a disservice just throwing anything out there, something I will not do. Only bet so far is if I make it to Home Depot early, I will beat the crowds. Besides my Utah play stunk. Probably have 5 losses where I played teams one game too long. Might have underestimated Kentucky? Made a ton on Utes this year, regrettably gave some back last night. Never know when the gravy train rolls into the ditch and bursts into flames. Need to pick up some tools and start my transportable live well project. It's always been fishing first for me.
