"New to horse racing--who is the best tip sheet to buy for Oaklawn or for any other -really, come on!, reminds me of posters in the service threads " has anyone got joey fuckstick handicapping he has been on fire 35-6 ats" trying to advertise via ghosting or whatever you call it. you damn well know pick sooie is the king of oaklawn but had problems with oaklawn officials or something- dude had Race 4: 6 BARHAM winner @ $8.00 dude is solid, but seems like your connected some way. not that i care but i got my dick handed to me at the otb and i could not get bet in on this horsey.

The horses brought me to my knees litterally i have lost family and alot of my life to that game if you are not into it id advise stay far away ... Its like crack the high the next race... Imagine having a different sport game starting every minute every day ... You have to have some serious and i mean serious control to play the ponies nothing else can a inch cost you a change of life that you could be chasing until your dead or have lost the life you once had... Goodlu kSlapping-silly90)) i wish someone did that to me years ago at the track lol

lol,,, any sport where I can RISK 20.00 and they will gladly pay me back 20.45 or lose?? haha,, FK that,, The payouts are just pathetic I dont know where the money goes? but whatever the RAKE is for the house is just KILLS any chance for the public to have any involvement,

this is why the ponys are dead and tracks are shutting down,, No incentive, theres litterally no chance I liken it to playing the lottery,, 30 million to one to make a buck whatsoever,

does anyone know the kickback numbers? say 10 g is bet on a race, how much goes to house? then how much is given back to be divided among bettors?

I have a buddy who has played the ponies all his life,he actually plans vacations around racetracks all around the country. When I visit the guy his head is constantly buried in the daily racing form.He tells me Its harder to beat the horses these days, compared to years ago.He claims the bigger hits are fewer and far between.

We had a tracking system for race players when I worked at the SANDS, of the 400-500 individuals that had been tracked AND had risked at least $1,000, less than ten were showing a profit of at least $100 or more, so less then 2 out of 100 were winning anything remotely significant, and in time, half of them would eventually be in the red.

The number of individuals making a decent living betting sports dwarfs those doing the same betting horses.

Agree with a lot that has been said already. Horses are much tougher to beat mainly because it takes more patience and discipline which most(including myself but working on it) don't have. Also agree with C.P. That there nothing better than live racing.

I know I must be a lifetime loser in horses, but it still remains a favorite viewing event of mine....nothing beats a day at the races with friends.....
