Hookem:: I have to ask only because the cubbies are horrible. Whats the reasons for making the Cubs your big play today? They scare the shit out of me.

In short:

Wells has been the far better pitcher as of late. 1.99 ERA in his last 3 starts with 2-0 record (3-0 team record). Morton a 6.32 ERA last 3 start with a 0-2 record. Aside from losing the last 2, Cubs have been a hot team recently; whereas, Pirates have been sliding downhill since a little after the all star break. IMO Cubs have the better lineup as well. Cubs fit into a big play scenario for me
