I do have an account at Hollywood and I am not a shill. Perhaps I did overreact in saying Hollywood was unreliable. However, it is frustrating to find out on two consecutive Sundays that the Hollywood website is down. I also did not have the 800 number and none was posted on this site. Can you now understand my frustration?

Natick- Welcome to the the RX. Can uderstand yourfrustrations for sure. However, please do not take it out on Hollywood. This is something out of their hands. Having been with Hollywood for over 3 years personally, this is the first time ever that I have had problems with their website in anyway. They are a top flight book.....in more ways than one.
