We have been in the offshore industry for almost 10 years. During that time we have never had a single complaint of slow or no- pay situations.

You say the we're "unreliable to be considered a serious player." We believe that the very reason why we have been under these DDoS attacks is precisely because of how reliable we are and how well we conduct our business. We have become a REAL option for the serious players and for the recreational players as well. And THAT might have bugged some mediocre competitors.

We're here to stay. We're a professional company, which standards of excellency are well known. That made us a target.

Right at this moment, we're working feverishly to mantain our website up and running. Despite of the attacks, our website has not been down permanently.

The reason why we're trying to keep a low key, is because we're fighting a battle of information. Anything we say, will be used to attack us.

But let me tell you what: Post your account number and I will personally look that you get as little inconveniences as possible. The reason why I ask you this, it's because I find it extremely suspicious for you to be attacking us without the sifficient foundation, at times like these. (The last account created on the Internet is 1544502, if you open an account after this post, we will all know)

If you're indeed a player, I ask you to apologize all the inconveniences this situation might have caused you. We're working on getting it straightened out.

I do have an account at Hollywood and I am not a shill. Perhaps I did overreact in saying Hollywood was unreliable. However, it is frustrating to find out on two consecutive Sundays that the Hollywood website is down. I also did not have the 800 number and none was posted on this site. Can you now understand my frustration?

Natick- Welcome to the the RX. Can uderstand yourfrustrations for sure. However, please do not take it out on Hollywood. This is something out of their hands. Having been with Hollywood for over 3 years personally, this is the first time ever that I have had problems with their website in anyway. They are a top flight book.....in more ways than one.

Hollywood is a solid out and we need to support them through these trying times. I hate the fact that I need to call it but Hollywood cannot give in to the hackers. Calling in instead of wagering on the net is a very small sacrifice to make.
