Hey 5Dimes can you do something with your software ?

Do they not make enough money to keep their hardware up to date? If they don't have enough money for good hardware it makes you think, are they financially solvent?

Sometimes the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Oftentimes in companies the people who make the money decisions are not aware of the performance issues. Therefore they try to get by with as little capital expenditure as possible. All this without realizing they are losing customers because of their penny pinching.

Has anyone ever had trouble with regard to the speed of their website?? I'd say maybe half the time it is slow as all hell. I have a cable connection at home and DSL at work so I don't think the problem is on my end. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I just went there and it loaded right up. Doubt it is one your end though. Does it happen all the time?

I'd say about half the time. The site loads up fine initially, it just takes forever to log-in and for the lines to show up.

Well i guess having internet problems its kind of normal on a big company, im sure 5 dimes is doing something to fix all this problems, ask their techs if theres anything they can do, regarding to customer service if a clerk is rude to you take his or her name, make a report and talk to tony he will work it out for you
