This company reminds me of so many American businesses I've had the misfortune to be involved with. Customer service is poor or else the product could be improved and customers leave. Higher management never hears about it and gives middle management pay raises and bonuses while customers continue to leave. A base business stays doing business with the company for certain reasons but the company could do better if poor performance is addressed.

Oftentimes poor performance with a company is directly related to capital expenditure. Upper management wants to keep costs low so they don't invest in infrastructure. Top management notices this and gives out more bonuses and pay raises to management. Customers retain a certain level of business with the company and top management never knows that the business could get more customers if they improved their infrastructure.

This is why you should only use Pinny or Olympic. 5dimes isn't even smart enough to make their services available to people that want to use them. They say,"oh we are having an ISP problem." Bullsh*t, their site is always this way, I love their options to bet, so I go back, then I deal with their software slowness and I remember why I left before, and then of course I go back to Pinny.

I get the same lag problems using the propbet site. It is faster than their main site until you try to put a bet during a high-volume time. Then it slows to a crawl.

p.s. I'm probably in the minority, but I've given up on waiting until the last minute to make my plays.....this should add a couple of years to my life because of the reduced stress.

I try to do the same but when you play second-half lines you only have a few minutes. I am still using 5dimes for halftime bets but sometimes it is too slow so I just use other books.
