I know you meant more serious things Ted... so I will also tell one of those.
I regret not continuing to be with a company I had an internship with in college and excelled.. The internship was with a prestigious accounting firm and 3 candidates were selected out of hundreds of applicants... I was chosen after the 4 months as the only one of the 3 to be offered a job with the company after graduation and they would pay for the rest of my college until that point. I already had a half ride in school and I needed real employment and money coming in otherwise besides school because I owned my own home and had many expenses...had no idea where life would take me in 2 more years and didn't want to commit to them without knowing...
Sadly, I ended up going down a long road of troubles and tribulation after that for years to come and sadly that was the highest potential in my career that was never achieved...
I am focused and determined moving on towards my future goals however, and do not give up hope. :toast:
