For example, was Royal affirmatively dropped by the Rx for slow payment to players? Or was that only because they weren't paying their ad bills or cancellation was mutual?
I would certainly understand it if the Rx doesn't drop anybody for any reason other than non-payment of bills because someone has to pay for all the overhead (server time, mod salaries, etc.) and a reasonable profit still has to be made for the ownership.
