They processed this supposed cashout despite the fact that I wasn't done with my rollover. When I pressed further and asked why I didn't get an automated email confirmation that my cashout was in progress and after some time they came up with the excuse that my email address was missing the dot. I told them I got an automated email when I deposited so I should have gotten the same at cashout

This stuff alarms the heck outta me, as I am sure it does all here, just reiterating it in this post cuz these 2 things are really huge "Red Flags" within this deal here......so non-sensical these things that they make the heart leap:

  • cashout despite the fact that rollover not satisfied

  • "email address missing the dot." Yet got an automated email after depositing so should have gotten the same at cashout

After reading all of this here I decided to not make a deposit at You Wager.
I read that Yisman had a similar thing happen to him like what happened to WVU.
Good thing WVU posted about this yesterday, because I had planned on depositing
there today or tomorrow. But now I am going to pass.

Will be sending what I was going to send to You Wager now to Jazz/LooseLines and give
that place a try. Have never played there and the whole thing with You Wager just gave me
an excuse to try them out for the first time.

Thanks WVU for posting about all of this. Please keep us posted on how this plays out
and how they say they will prevent it in the future.

Didnt he also bet a poster 14k on an NBA series and bail after down 3-1 only to reappear after winning in 7?

Ill take his claim here with a grain of salt..

Nah that didn't happen.

What happened was he booked 14-1 for a dime that the Lakers wouldn't win the title, then when he realized they had a legitimate chance to do so he went ghost for about 3 months.

Hope he atleast has a Pierce plaque on his wall.

I think many of these offshore books just have insufficient security and/or lot of shady/disgruntled employees. I had 18k drained out of my account at a book I won't name. Earlier in the day it had 18k and change, later that night a few cents. I got on chat with support and asked what happened. They said I lost it all playing single 0 roulette in the casino. I said I have never even played that game and they said it was done from my ip address and sometimes people lose.
They eventually put the money back in my account but to this day I don't know what happened and was never given an explanation. I was ready to fly down to Costa Rica and pay some police or something though. My best guess is a disgruntled employee decided to mess up some accounts to hurt business.

Yep I believe u ... You never play single 0 roulette anyway for 18k it's only roulette with the 00 and single 0 that u play. ..:D.

Ok, didn't want this to fall too far down or off the first page.

Just a small update which is I have been back and forth with my contact there at YouWager and we should get some kind of results by tomorrow hopefully.

He needs to get all the detail's on the case. and because he was traveling when I reached out to him, he didn't get back into the Office until Tonight.

Thanks

I guess ur being sarcastic and don't believe me...because people make up stories about losses and thefts all the time I guess? A lot to be gained by that right?

Sorry for the Delay ... was up till 3AM my time with this and will have the Results/Update no later than Tonight.

A lot of information to look over and piece together, and I will say this ... YouWager has been an Open Book on this case, providing things I've never were given before from other Shops when there is a dispute.

I'll try my best to Post everything by Tonight... might be as early as this afternoon

This is Awsome, I dig that much optimism in light of what at first appeared to be pretty shady!

YouWager stole $747 from me. Their security is lacking in every way imaginable. I am not the first one to get scammed by YouWager, as apparently they have a history of players missing funds from their accounts.

Do not deposit at Youwager and please help spread the word around the forums. That is the only power we have as forum players.

i had them years ago and they didn't take all my money but they would take a little here and a little there when i would have winners.i think they don't expect people to look to closely at the results when they pay you and jip you something on every paid winner.....then if your one who watches their money(which i do)and you complain about your payout being wrong they say sorry something must have went wrong when it was entered as a winner and they fix it for you,but beware they don't stop there as they will keep trying it down the line to hope you don't catch the next one,...oh and they try and cover it up by giving you a 25$ credit for their mistake to create a diversion and make you believe it really was an error and not done on purpose,.....like i said that was a long time ago and i just got away from them

Yes, they have been very forthcoming with the info I have requested. I have the audio from the call that supposedly came from my phone, and the IP address from the PC that originally requested the cashout. They also provided the Mac address info for the computer used. They had been very responsive to my questions, until recently. Now they ignore me completely.

I would love to see the the actual phone records that shows the call came from my phone. It is easy to spoof a phone number, but I'm guessing the real number that called will be in the phone records. They don't seem to think the actual phone records are relevant. They also don't think IP addresses and Mac addresses are relevant. They told me the decision was based entirely on the spoofed phone call and they had no need to look into anything else.

For what it's worth.. you can also take a photo of YOUR CALL LOG RECEIPT... on the date in question.. to PROVE it didn't come from Your phone!!!
