I never told you ONLY sports threads are allowed in the offshore forum.
for years even before my time there have been off-topic talk.

what we didn't want here in the OS was political based threads, or religious and race related threads
because those had always caused fights among posters

as far as the BS threads, if they were too over the top they were moved
you just always thought I was picking on you, when i wasn't

Maybe there was a miscommunication somewhere but that’s what I got out of it. You said to me only sports related topics were allowed. Maybe I misinterpreted that to mean something different but that’s what was said to me. Which is why I started to make a fuss about Runmakers tranny threads....and nothing was really done. It had the word “politicians” in the title but it wasn’t really political. It was a show about giving rope to stupid people, and letting them hang themselves. That’s what it was about. Compared to all of the shit Runmaker was/is posting, mine should have been allowed. I don’t think that classified as a BS thread or a political thread.

On the other hand, there are actually a lot of BS threads here that is allowed to stay put. Before, during, and after BAS.

Hope your recovery is progressing well, Mike. Take care.

because it was a general election. We knew there would be threads started, so why not announce a limit to prevent 10+ threads from being started.

the other reason was other posters who would like to talk about a Major election don't feel comfortable talking about it in the poly forum.
Let's face it, it could be intimidating down there for a non-poly poster.
so it just gave the regular poster a chance to talk about it.
So, you have a rule against starting polical threads in OS, but you allowed it during the a Presidential election because you knew posters would break the rules anyways? And obviously the mods had no control and couldn’t stop it. Makes sense.

Making an exception once every 4 years during the election is very reasonable in allowing a few political threads in offshore, wouldn't you think?

Why can't people just discuss polarizing topics such as religion, race relations, current events, politics or the Patriots in a respectful, intelligent and civil way?

Just reprimand the idiots that can't do so and keep it moving.

Doubtful those threads gonna consistently get moved since they're the only ones that get any real traction anyway.

I did so concerning tthe Newton false flag. And i had 10 a$$holes with no brain cells to deal with.
