EF, trust in Hache. He's a good guy.

We had a long phone call last week as he got an email from upper management directing him to write a new policy re tranny protection-ism. Bullying of transvestites will not be tolerated here.

So, please, EF. Please conduct yourself properly.

If we see another comment from you about a 250 lb man in a mini-skirt with his balls hanging down below the dress line as he tap dances into the women's restroom... and how you think that's inappropriate.... if you keep talking that junk about our "respectable Ma'am's", then you'll get a violation code every time.

I also got an infraction but I didn’t create a thread about it.

Let me just say this though to the mods- if you are going to allow these type of threads over and over in the offshore section, then be prepared for what comes with it.

BAS once told me ONLY sports threads are allowed in the offshore. As a result of that he moved my Sachs Baden Cohen “who is America” thread to the poly forum. But you guys all allowed Runmakers tranny threads in this section for years. So the shit just doesn’t make any sense.

If you dont want people talking about police then my suggestion would be to get rid of these threads as soon as you see them and strictly enforce it. Make this a sports only section. If not, then people are going to continue to comment on related subject matter. So really you shouldn’t be infractioning anyone but yourselves today. Make up your mind because BAS could not seem to make up his mind. He just wanted to ban my non related sports threads. And we know that doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t solve any issues. Either let us talk it out or get rid of the thread immediately. Or else we are just suppose to view and observe stupid ass threads and not say anything? I mean I can do that but that doesn’t make any sense really.

Why can't people just discuss polarizing topics such as religion, race relations, current events, politics or the Patriots in a respectful, intelligent and civil way?

Just reprimand the idiots that can't do so and keep it moving.

Doubtful those threads gonna consistently get moved since they're the only ones that get any real traction anyway.

Agreed

Pretty sure we all understand that members will never see eye to eye on many subjects.

But the name calling, cursing, and toxicity towards one another is meant to be in the rubber room.

As for racial comments, I know the difference between an opinion, and facts based on numbers, which everyone is entitled to, vs actual racism being displayed.

Some of you guys talk like posting on this forum is your full time job.

It's like Hache is your manager and you are asking him about a job he wants you to do.

It's a freakin internet message board.

I never told you ONLY sports threads are allowed in the offshore forum.
for years even before my time there have been off-topic talk.

what we didn't want here in the OS was political based threads, or religious and race related threads
because those had always caused fights among posters

as far as the BS threads, if they were too over the top they were moved
you just always thought I was picking on you, when i wasn't

I'm not sure I get why "bumping old threads" would be an infraction, unless they are being bumped for stupid reasons, like someone's birthday.

I like bumping old threads, when there is relevant news related to the thread subject.

First off, I’m glad to see you are feeling better and hope your full recovery continues.

Secondly, I have to ask a question. If you didn’t want political threads in OS, why did you 3 years ago when Trump was running for President, allow up to 4 polical threads in the OS? In my opinion, that was when this place went downhill. Politics is what ruins every thread on this place no mater what subject the thread is about, so it made no sense to do that 3 years ago. Seriously, what was your purpose for doing that, when as you stated in the quote above, that has always been one thing you wanted to avoid in OS?

I agree with this. Sometimes they are bumped to be a dick (I've done it more than once) but other times it's timely or funny. That said I don't really care about the scoring system either way.

They are referring to bumping old threads for the sole purpose of trolling or insulting a poster. Happens all the time. I'm sure they will usecommon sense on enforcing and wont punish someone for bumping a relevant thread

because it was a general election. We knew there would be threads started, so why not announce a limit to prevent 10+ threads from being started.

the other reason was other posters who would like to talk about a Major election don't feel comfortable talking about it in the poly forum.
Let's face it, it could be intimidating down there for a non-poly poster.
so it just gave the regular poster a chance to talk about it.
