well jman if you bet the game as an "action" wager the wager goes off regardless of any pitching changes. if you wait till the books list shields you get the game at a much worse price if you are wagering on Ana. so if you bet right now on kazmir/santana listed pitchers, your bet will be cancled with that line and you will be given a new line with the new pitchers.

right now you can get ana (action) at -132
once the books change the matchup from santana/zamir to santana/shields the price of the game will move to -180 or so.

and obviously if you play the rl now at a book that takes action rl wagers or arl you can get a much better price with kazmir listed for tb than you could shields....just dont wager on the Sp, wager on action

Betting action means you want the game no matter the price. It is something you would bet with a hot pitcher (Santana). If he is scratched and you bet listed pitchers - no bet. Betting action means you want Santana at the new odds no matter what (as long as HE pitches). The advantage of this bet is you get the opening of the adjusted line. I do not know of any book that would give you Anaheim -132 on action today. I bet it and Betjam gave me -158.
